真的不理解这个酒店为什么能五星级，大概也就三星酒店的水平五星的价格，近500的酒店和别的300的酒店都没法比??。
我们订的悦锦大床房，在页面没有説明是特价房，办入住一进去前台就説你们这是特价房，比较便宜，给我整懵了。
説要给我们“升级”房间，但是38度的武夷山！！给我们安排在了顶楼。空调18度开一整天都很热，???顶楼还要自己爬一层楼梯，没有电梯?，走廊也没有空调，整个走廊和楼梯间特别闷。?
更别説吹风机电线是坏的，两个枕头脏，衞生间发霉明显，整个房间都是闷热的，极其烦躁，本来定了两天?立马退订了下一天的酒店，服务态度倒是还行，退订同意很快??。但是也无法解决对这个酒店的失望，实在没有见过条件这么差的五星级，没有游泳池也没有什么特色，设施陈旧，不知道怎么评上的。

从武夷高鉄北站搭公交9路需一小时，带着大行李，有些漫长。多路公交可抵武夷景区南北入口，则相当方便。（武夷山市区公交车免费）
房间备品充足，提供茶叶水果饼乾；浴室空间颇大，可惜落水口没盖好。
到房间有些坡度，行李员的服务态度很客气且有效率。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 房间非常乾净而且很大 （the room was very clean and spacious）. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful — 前台工作人员非常热情，也很专业.
早餐很好吃，种类也很多 （the breakfast was delicious with a great variety）. I also really appreciated their flexibility — 我要求延迟退房，他们很快就同意了，非常贴心!
Overall, everything was perfect. 我一定会再来! ??

A family trip, we love the hotel's amenities and ambience. It has a mini museum displays tea cultural products and provides tea information to the traveler. Room is spacious and clean. A great stay for one night!

Beautiful hotel in a central location in the town with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Short didi ride to the south entrance of wuyishan. Staff were very helpful, I left my phone charger in the room and they arranged for it to be delivered to my next hotel in Fuzhou.

Location: There are food options nearby. 5-10 min drive to South Entrance of Wuyishan. About 30 min drive from Wuyishan North station.
Cleanliness: Clean room.
Service: Got a free upgrade to a room on higher floor because of cold weather and less noise. Warm and good service by reception staff. Can buy cheaper ticket to da hong pao performance from reception.
Facilities: Would be better if there is dryer machine for laundry. Breakfast food quality not bad but can be improved
