这次入住体验真的超乎预期！酒店位置超方便，周边商圈美食也超多。房间布置得特别温馨，床垫软硬适中，一躺下去疲惫感瞬间消失。前台小哥哥小姐姐们服务超热情，还详细介绍了酒店设施，赠送水果饮料。下次有机会还来住。

超满意的一次入住！位置绝佳，步行可达商圈/景区，交通超便利。房间乾净到无可挑剔，床品柔软亲肤，隔音效果超棒，睡了个安稳觉。前台服务热情又高效，还主动分享本地游玩攻略，连细节都考虑到了，性价比直接拉满，下次来还选这家！

离厦门会展中心有10分钟的车程，离环岛路比较近。每次住的人都挺多的，早餐也比较丰富。安排了电梯旁边的房间有点不太好。

We are travel to the exhibition center and this hotel is around 10minutes away, which is convenient.
The breakfast of the hotel is great and part of its charm.
I would also suggest the have a gongfu cha tea testing at the ground floor, the service is great, very helpful and understandable.

This was my second time staying here, and I chose the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and felt more like a serviced apartment—with a huge sofa that could easily seat 6–8 people, a proper living area, and a comfy king bed that made it easy to get good rest.
The hotel has its own dedicated lobby for drop-off and pick-up, which made arrivals smooth and hassle-free.
Staff were friendly and attentive. I was offered free breakfast, and they even helped with laundry by moving my clothes from the washer to the dryer and placing them at the counter for pickup—just let them know in advance.
The food was great, with a mix of Western and Chinese options that were both delicious and satisfying.
The location is convenient, especially if you're attending events at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, and getting around the area is easy.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything was handled with care. I’ll definitely be back.
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，这次选择了豪华套房。房间非常宽敞干净，更像一个服务式公寓——有超大的沙发，能坐下6到8个人，还有独立的客厅空间，特大床也非常舒适，睡得很好。
酒店有独立的大堂接送区，上下车非常方便，特别适合带行李或打车进出。
工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。他们为我提供了免费早餐，还贴心地帮我把洗衣机里的衣服转移到烘干机，然后放到前台等我来取——提前告诉他们一声就可以。
中餐和西餐都很好吃，早餐种类丰富，品质也不错。
酒店的位置很方便，去厦门国际会展中心非常近，出行也很方便。
整体体验非常顺畅和舒适，服务周到，物有所值。下次还会再来。

I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations and prompt assistance whenever needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing.
The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!
