本身分开三个订单订，但前台有效地帮我安排三晚于同一房间，以致我不用退房再登记入住。需要洗手间物资时，拨打前台电话后， 1分钟左右就已送达

我是台湾同胞，很开心二访厦门、暑假期间也在这住了三晚（上次住R720），只是这次住R627有点小遗憾、就是马桶间充斥这尿骚味久久不散。
早餐现煮面条味道很好。选择也丰富！
下次再访厦门依旧会选择宜尚火炬园店。
附近有马垅社美食街很多好吃美食，搭公交能到殿前清水宫及朝天宫有城中村也是美食胜地。

The hotel is great but the service could be improved, I was carrying two big bags and the guy at reception didn’t offer to help me to the lift. In the morning my Didi was a bit further from the hotel entrance, he still didn’t help or ask the security to assist.

领导很好～提了一嘴就给升级了房型 住过好多地方的宜尚了 装修风格大差不差 是我喜欢的类型 还有早餐可以吃 听不错的 酒店门口也有免费的停车场 寄地铁口要有一走一段路 总体都蛮好的

I really enjoyed my stay here and as an expat the staff was very accommodating and used a translator for the more complex sentences when I couldn't understand what was said, aid give the staff 5 stars out of 5!! The room was clean and the breakfast was also surprisingly good!

Mixed experience – not quite as expected
The room was spacious, but overall my stay fell short of expectations. The ceiling and wall paint were in poor condition (as shown in the photos), and there was a persistent cigarette smell that made it uncomfortable. Upon arrival, the toilet area had a strong urine odor, even though I hadn’t used it yet, which was unpleasant.
There was supposed to be an exclusive tea-tasting experience included in my booking, but it was never mentioned or offered by the staff—not even once. I believe this should be proactively provided, not something the guest has to ask for.
Breakfast was underwhelming: limited variety and no coffee available, which was surprising. Some of the front desk staff were polite, but others came across as uninterested or inattentive.
This place has potential, but it needs better upkeep, more attention to cleanliness, and improved service to meet expectations.

Near Metro station 400m. Straight walk easy to locate. Nice food along the way too. Went to take pic of aeroplane fly past good view
