酒店服务很好，出机场就有酒店专车服务。而且定房前就有管家给打电话，预约接机服务。走的时候还有转车送机。

The place is very near the airport and next to a metro station, which makes it easy to go anywhere from there.
The workers at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, which made things easier for me! And the room

The room was clean but hoping they could add some toiletries like Hair Conditioner. ?Shower gel and shampoo were the same.

This is my go-to hotel in Xiamen; it’s very clean and tidy, the rooms are quiet, the furnishings are high quality, the breakfast buffet is great (and there’s many good places to eat nearby) and the shuttle service is very handy. I’ve been here three times now; the staff have always been very willing to help with any issues I had. The free snacks and drinks are high quality too.

欢迎礼遇:很热情，从车上帮忙拿行李，很体贴

设施：有早餐厅，菜品种类多味道好。也有洗衣房烘乾机，很方便很乾净
送至奥体中心的班车服务:因为是来看演唱会的，所以送到体育中心的服务真的太好了~可以提前两三天预约，也有前台小姐姐有提前打电话

这家酒店的服务体验令人印象深刻，绝对值得五星好评！从抵达那一刻起，前台工作人员便热情迎接，办理入住高效迅速。客房整洁舒适，细节到位，床品柔软，让人一夜好眠。服务人员始终面带微笑，主动询问需求，响应迅速，无论何时提出问题都能及时解决。尤其称赞的是客房服务，每日细致打扫，补充用品周到。餐厅早餐种类丰富，服务贴心。整体服务专业又不失亲切，真正做到了宾至如归，下次出行仍会首选这里！
