一家商务类型的酒店住着很舒服，出门地铁或者打车都非常的方便。大厅在二十楼电梯不是很好等，上下楼等待时间漫长，退房可以直接微信管家留言不需要上楼在下楼也很便捷，并且服务非常的好有且耐心。房间也是很乾净并且没有异味，水压稳定无线网网速快设施设备都很完善的酒店。后续会再次选择入住。

地理位置非常的好出门就是商超，到厦门动车站都不用坐车走路就到了。房间挺新的床头有三个头的充电器床头还有防噪音耳机，很是贴心。前台服务人员很好，入住送了夜宵很是美味，24H客服回覆很效率。

酒店的每一个细节都做的很好，客房衞生间是乾湿分离的，吹风机有独立袋子包装好，电视遥控器有塑封膜保护着，房间拖鞋一样有塑料袋包装着，还是很贴心的，知道我们外出害怕衞生不乾净这个点做得非常好！离火车站近，地铁口就在酒店门口。还有健身房空闲运动一下也很好。

很成熟规范的一间酒店，整体服务很好，大厅接待人员礼貌好客，到店还没有乾净房间，所以在商务会客中心等待，很舒适的环境，现磨咖啡很香，小零食好吃。因为快递无法上楼，可以有机器人配送到房间门口。设施设备齐全智能的一家酒店，值得再次入住。

Well appointed. Metro station is at the door step and MIXC shopping mall diagonally across it. Free supper was a nice touch serving congee, much like comfort food before turning in for the night. Ask for the non-smoking floor and they might be able to accommodate your request. I had no issue and complaint with safety, service and comfort. Will definitely stay here again.

Staffs were by the road at the time we arrived and they helped us with our luggage to the lobby on the 20th floor. Check in was a breeze for 4 rooms and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and tidy. There’s a mall across the street if you need some shopping. Look forward my next stay with the hotel soon.

Hotel location is good, just outside exit 10 of the Hubing Dong Lu station. There is also options for non-smoking levels. Room is also very spacious. Hotel allows late check out by 2pm, but do note that your room card would not be able to tap in after 12 noon, need to seek assistance from staff.
