工作出差在附近住半个月本地连锁酒店，1.本人感觉明发商业广场这地段这价格住这环境，设施有齐全已经知足了，2.治安安全到位 不能随便上楼必须登记，3.房间中央空调 虽然没有窗户 比较挑高不会闷，很安静。前台服务没问题 每天出入都打招呼问候时间久都成朋友住的很舒心。4，停车场位置不多， 但停车没问题 有专门指引 ?服务到位！下次出差还会选择！

酒店位于莲花路口地铁站附近，距离厦门知名美食中心"明发广场"步行约5~7分钟，周边环境清静，房间设施缺少可以休息的桌椅设备，若是商务出差要使用电脑或文书作业较不方便，一楼大厅有自助式的泡茶空间提供住客自由使用，也备有基本保健用品及小点心。
