今天过来考试，跟前台説明后，给我安排了个安静房间，一晚上没被吵醒过，这个对我太重要了??
早上着急忘了拿充电器给枕套，管家小哥也帮我询问后邮寄，服务也是非常nice，对了早餐也很不错的，整体体验很好

从整体家俱来看，这是一家在携程评级4钻，真的不知道是怎么评出来的。1.家俱搭配，东拼西凑，给人感觉二手市场淘的一样，完全没有搭配可言。 2.工艺粗糙，试问酒店老板/管理层，一张到处是枪钉眼的床放在你家，你们自己都不睡。非家俱：3.有配充电器，但是用不了，前台给了我个很好的建议，叫我去租充电宝，真是个好主意。4.算了不説了，管理人员根本就把酒店当作赚钱工具，感受没有用心去经营酒店。

Bad experience at this apparently ‘4 star’ hotel. Booked a room based on the image, but we were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a very uncomfortable bed that didn’t have a proper mattress. Instead, it has a mattress topper on a plank of wood. Worst bed I’ve ever seen at a hotel.
Terrible night sleep, complained the next day to the staff who insisted the room is stayed in was ‘superior’ to the one booked. I showed photos to demonstrate that the room in the ad and the room given were completely different. Didn’t get anywhere - they offered an upgrade next time I come, but we definitely won’t be coming back and they refused a refund. If you want a comfortable night of sleep and good service, a far more reputable Chinese hotel brand can be found about 1km up the road.
By the way, having over 3000 reviews (and a 9.5 score) is very suspicious for a 5 year old hotel in this remote location. Most of these reviews are likely fake. They are probably trying to drown out the bad reviews from real customers.

房间很舒服，可以携带宠物，早餐也比较好吃，绝对对得起这个价格。工作人员服务热情周到，很满意的一次入住体验。

The staff at this hotel are excellent and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is more Chinese than Western, without coffee, but tasty. The hotel is far away from the activities of the city and the bus and train rides are very long. There were no extra facilities at the hotel other than the restaurant for breakfast. They don't serve lunch or dinner except they do serve a late evening snack of sweet dumplings.

Very good hotel and nice staff. Check in take little longer than other hotels but not to the point of becoming an issue
