这是此行最糟糕的一次住宿体验。旺季的时候可能服务各方面会好些，淡季也只是维持而已。説説糟糕的地方，以下是店家通过努力可以做好的:
1.毛巾都拉丝了，早就该扔了
2.衞生打扫很糟糕，无论是房间还是公区
3.房间里好多东西都不不好用了该修了，比如开关没有几个正常的
4.我没带身份证，但其他人都带了，前台让其他人在院子里等着，不允许去房间，他带我去衚衕口办临时身份证。经过力争，他才让另一个房间的朋友去入住，和我同住的小朋友继续在院子里等着！！！
5.民宿在装修改造，建议提醒一下客人，有个心理准备，管理好预期
6.发了一堆乱七八糟的微信，虽然反诈宣传很重要也是为客人好，但沟通方式可以改善。
自己不可控的
1，周围在装修修路，拖着行李箱很难走，既然加了客人微信，提前提醒一下。
2.房间小，布局不合理，一个人住勉强，至少这个户型是，面积可能算上了在阳台泡池，带孩子的话慎重考虑。

这次入住厦门环岛南路曾厝垵的MisooHi南夏隐秘海景酒店，体验超赞！选的是麓眠·错层两居一厅泡池双房，整体氛围很舒适，设施也基本能满足需求。工作人员热情周到，让人有宾至如归的感觉。下次来厦门还会考虑再住这里！

I stayed at MisooHi Nanxia Hidden Sea View Hotel (Zengcuo’an Branch, Huandao South Road, Xiamen), and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. We arrived quite late at night, but there was still staff at the front desk to welcome us. Just remember to message the hotel in advance if you’re arriving late — it really helps.
One thing I truly loved is that the hotel can receive parcels for guests. Yes, that means you can shop on Taobao and have items delivered there — such a happy bonus for travelers! ?? Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff were incredibly kind and helped us carry our luggage, which I really appreciated.
I chose this hotel mainly because of its great location. It’s close to Zengcuo’an Night Market, and right outside is Baijia CC Park, a small plaza filled with food options and perfect for a short evening walk. Even better, the beach and sea are just across the road. The hotel also provides disposable bath towels, which felt thoughtful and convenient.
Overall, it’s a warm, practical, and well-located stay — perfect for a relaxed Xiamen trip.

在曾厝安旁边，吃东西很方便！环境棒棒哒！很适合情侣出行度假！马路对面是海滩，坐公交车去各个景点很方便！

环境不错 衞生也不错 前台热情 名宿外面装修的很漂亮 推荐大家来入住。步行几分钟就到曾厝安 周围吃的 玩的都很多！！还给延迟退房了

旅馆似新建，内部很多部分还在建，但已经有美的外观了，我们选了洞穴主题，很靓美很特别，但没有醒柜衣柜，有点不方便。

标题： 不推荐家庭入住 - 虚假景观、奇葩浴缸设计及不便交通

酒店描述与实际体验严重不符，核心设施（浴缸）设计存在根本缺陷，且位置不便。员工服务是唯一亮点，但无法弥补硬件上的严重不足。
主要问题：
1. 无专用停车与复杂入口： 酒店无专用停车场。需将车停在约250米外的公共停车场，虽距离不算极远，但拖着大行李箱穿过一个建筑工地抵达酒店仍很不便。更麻烦的是，酒店的入口标识不清，晚上出门散步后，我们竟绕了村庄一圈才找到回酒店的路。
2. 无电梯： 抵达后，仍需自行将行李搬上二楼，对带大件行李的家庭极不友好。
3. 虚假的“泳池景观”： 预订时房间明确标注为 “泳池景观” ，但我们的窗户正对另一栋建筑，毫无任何景观可言，属于 listing 讯息不实。
4. 设计缺陷且危险的浴缸（最严重问题）： 浴缸位于卧室区，紧邻床边，而非浴室。其排水管连接不当，导致放水时水会直接流到卧室地板上，并流向床边的行走区域，极易滑倒，对小童尤其危险。员工上门查看后竟解释“设计如此”，仅提供了毛巾让我们垫在地上吸水，完全无法接受。
5. 清洁疏忽： 在卧室的这个浴缸旁，浴缸与墙壁的缝隙里卡着一条未清理的脏毛巾，可见清洁工作非常马虎。
值得肯定的方面：
· 员工服务积极： 一名员工特意到停车场附近迎接，并帮忙提了一个行李箱到房间。对于浴缸漏水问题，他们也迅速响应并提供了毛巾（尽管无法解决问题）。服务态度值得肯定。
总结与建议：
此酒店存在 “虚假宣传”、“设计缺陷”和“清洁疏忽” 三大硬伤。卧室里的问题浴缸不仅有安全隐患，也严重影响入住体验。强烈不推荐给家庭旅客，也建议任何追求舒适和安全性的旅客避开。员工的好意在此显得苍白无力。

The hotel's description did not match reality, with a fundamentally flawed main facility （the bathtub） and inconvenient access. The staff's service was the only positive but couldn't compensate for the serious hardware issues.
Major Cons:
1. No Private Parking & Confusing Access: No hotel parking. We parked in a public lot about 250 meters away. While the distance itself wasn't extreme, dragging large suitcases through a construction site to the hotel was inconvenient. Worse, the entrance is poorly marked - when we went out for a walk in the evening, we had to walk around the whole village to find the way back in.
2. No Elevator: Upon arrival, we still had to carry our bags up to the second floor, very unfriendly for families with heavy luggage.
3. Misleading "Pool View": The room was booked as having a "pool view." However, our window faced directly into another building, with no view at all. This is false advertising in the listing.
4. Poorly Designed & Hazardous Bathtub （The Core Issue）: The bathtub was located in the sleeping area, next to the bed, not in the bathroom. It was poorly installed, so water flowed onto the bedroom floor towards the walking area around the bed when used, creating a major slipping hazard, especially for children. Staff confirmed this was "how it works" and only provided towels to soak up the water, which was unacceptable.
5. Cleaning Oversight: We found a dirty towel stuck between this bedroom bathtub and the wall, a clear sign of neglected cleaning.
The Only Pro:
· Helpful Staff: A staff member kindly came to meet us near the parking lot and helped carry one suitcase to the room. They also responded promptly to the tub issue and provided towels. Their attitude was commendable.
Bottom Line & Advice:
This hotel suffers from three critical flaws: false advertising, flawed design, and cleaning oversights. The problematic bathtub in the bedroom is both a safety hazard and a major comfort killer. I strongly discourage families from staying here, and any traveler valuing comfort and safety should look elsewhere. The staff's goodwill is rendered irrelevant by these fundamental problems.

整体环境还可以，不过正赶上外面街道改造管道，民宿外面的街都在挖沟换管道。房间空间不大，内饰稍显旧。服务很好特别热心，有洗衣房很方便

我感觉那个房间像是没有打扫乾净一样，有一股异味，?那个被子有点痒痒的，第一天那个还好，但是住第二天换房间了以后穿的长裤子睡觉，但是呢，没睡多久之后那个腿就很痒，还红肿???
