1.地理位置：非常优越，在中山路步行街黄金地段，闹中取静，每天出门逛街吃饭都很方便，离八市海鲜市场，码头都很近，出行非常方便，民宿地下有停车场。
2.装修风格：民宿很新，外面是厦门中山路典型的骑楼，内部的装修风格是南洋复古风，我比较喜欢。
3.服务：工作人员服务态度都很好～第一件事是我女儿入住的第一晚可能是空调温度调太低了，凌晨风寒感冒低热，说头痛，全身畏寒，我就问能不能煮个葱白生姜红枣水，结果还真的按照我的方子帮我煮了一杯，我女儿喝下去一发汗，热度就退了，差点以为要提前结束假期了。第二件事是走的那天早上吃早饭的时候我女儿的手链忘在了餐桌了，我们走了才发现，然后又去拜托民宿前台帮忙找，最后也找到了，工作人员的服务都很不错，事事有回应。
3.民宿的早餐虽然不能跟星级大酒店相比，但是总体也算不错了，该有的都有，比如面线糊，番薯粥，绿豆汤，银耳，豆浆，牛奶，面包，炒菜，油炸小吃，蒸的点心，鸡蛋，杂粮，水果等。1.2m以下小童免费， 1.2m以上半价，1.4m是全价。
4.酒店走廊还特别有放茶叶的装置，不知道是不是驱蚊的作用，第一次见，这个还蛮地方特色的，挺好的。
PS这个民宿选房间最好选有露台或者外阳台的，因为有很多房间的阳台对着是中庭，我也是看了现场做了房间升级。

饭店的服务：从柜台人员到房务人员都非常的nice，服务非常到位，亲切笑容可掬.
硬体设施：美中不足房间没有窗户！有果蝇！?这几天几乎都客满，所以入住还是等到三点才进房！到饭店先寄行李，休息一下才下去吃饭！?饭店餐厅很大吃点心外卖宵夜都非常方便，还有茶水可以饮用！?房间外面都有一桶去味道的熏桶。
早餐：加购一人$38，加购了一天早餐，以厦门岛内跟岛外比较起来，????差不多只是稀饭配菜的种类少了咸蛋差了一点点，黑咖啡要另外加购一杯15！

My stay in this hotel was a really pleasant one! Like what most reviews mentioned, the service in this hotel is impeccable! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
One of the staff (named Huang Tiefeng 黄铁锋）gone the extra mile to help me locate my parcel amongst hundreds of parcels at the dark and stuffy collection point when the tag was faulty. Wanted to tip him but he kindly refused. Very grateful for his excellent service.
Location of hotel is perfect. Just 8 min walk to Metro Line 1 and many eateries in the vicinity.
One thing which really stood out was, instead of using air fresheners, buckets of tea twigs were heated up along the corridors, giving a very pleasant tea fragrance throughout the hotel! Love the natural fragrance and it’s indeed very uplifting and refreshing!
I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Xiamen to stay in this hotel. The best service I’ve ever got in a hotel!

Generally they are good as what was reviewed in my first stay … 2nd stay was not as pleasant as hair was found on the pillow and one big mosquito was also detected … there was no fridge in all the rooms making it hard to keep any drinks cold . Lastly , the upgrade received was rather mediocre and need to make request compared to their sister brand Vishan designer tide … the smart system is reasonable but can be better … overall its clean and new but there are area for improvement since its not cheap

The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. Our previous hotel was suddenly canceled by the app without any notice, which was extremely stressful. Luckily, we found this hotel around 1–2 a.m., and the staff went above and beyond to help us check in quickly. Huge thanks to Manager Linda—she immediately offered assistance, looked into the situation, and helped us with the check-in and an alternative as she know how much I had wanted to make the stay comfortable for my parents.
The front desk team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the member (I didn’t manage to catch his name) even helped us with our luggage as we had two elderly members with us and we had quite a bit of shopping.
Breakfast was tasty and there’s different menu each day. The egg tarts were especially delicious!
The location is fantastic—close to massage parlors, Haidilao, TopToy, Miniso, and plenty of beverage store. There were even claw machines nearby. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xiamen. This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street in the central area of Xiamen, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed along with a wide range of accessories.The staff were kind, professional and spoke English. For guests who speak other languages, translation tools are also available, which is very useful. Access is quite easy: during the day you can enter through the connected mall (Laiya Department Store - Siming Branch), if you're arriving late at night, there’s a secure side entrance that leads directly to the elevators. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the bar and dining area near the check-in hall looked spacious and well-stocked with a variety of options. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the gift box of local sweets we received at checkout, an unexpected and very appreciated surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen and the surrounding area.
