This was my second time staying at the hotel. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport.
They do offer pick and drop service, which was helpful during my previous visit. However, this time the pickup was not as efficient—the driver asked me to wait too long, so I eventually opted to take a taxi instead.
The staff is generally good, but there’s room for improvement in terms of friendliness and approachability.
Overall, a decent experience, but some aspects could be better managed.

机场接受服务很好，但卫生条件需要再改善一点，服务人员可以在专业一些，冷气的控制比较麻烦，尤其在夏天没有预先冷房，在热带地区实在不是很友善的代课知道，附近的公车不多，需要转成地铁会比较麻烦，必须自行打地到市区比较方便，邻近地区小吃很多，而且开刀非常晚，所以饮食上不会造成问题，房间隔音设备有待加强，清楚的安全管理有缺陷，需要进一步改善，房间内Wi-Fi的强度不足，常常有断线的疑虑，价格上算是蛮性价比高的，对于不要要求太高的旅客是一个不错的选择，尤其大型早班机的旅客非常方便。

住过最满意的酒店没有之一！酒店虽然不大，但房间很精致，大厅空调开的非常舒服，
?前台服务堪称一绝，24小时在线响应，不管是更换灯泡还是代收快递，都处理得又快又好。楼下就是商业街，吃饭购物超方便，隔音效果特别棒，完全不用担心被打扰，住在这里既有家的舒适，又有五星的服务，性价比无敌，必须五星好评！

Pro:
Affordable stay for layovers & free airport transfers. (Trip.com chatbot will say that there's no free airport transfer! ??)
The standard queen bed is comfortable enough.
Con:
Chatty noise could be from the reception area, which echoed along the corridor until I slept around 3am.
Inconsistent hot shower.
In spite of FREE airport pickup reservations, one has to call the hotel after arrival & and luggage collection. Thankfully, Trip.com has a free internet call. Had to call the hotel 3x before the driver managed to find us at Pillar #1.
STATE IT as the standard pickup/drop-off for relevant international flights from Numbered Pillars (1,2,3,,,) along the e-hailing pickup point i.e., Exit arrival hall, take the lift to basement (-1), R turn, straight on until you see the big entrance/exit.

The hotel is very close to airport and there are many restaurants nearby. But, tv systems are out of order. The soundproof is quite badly.

I did book for a room without No Smoke, however The room that was given to me just smells really bad I hardly can sleep well. The TV is just a projector which not good to see
