此次厦门之行，选择入住厦门百琪万怡酒店，原本只是冲着便捷的地理位置和品牌口碑，却意外收获了远超预期的贴心服务，尤其要好好夸赞前台的Leo和行政酒廊的Amy，是他们让这段旅程更添暖意。
抵达酒店时已近深夜，拖着行李的疲惫在遇到Leo后瞬间消散。他不仅快速核对讯息、高效办理完入住手续，还细心的提醒了我早餐的时间。
入住期间，行政酒廊成了我们放松休憩的首选之地，而Amy的服务更是让这里充满了归属感。面对我们提出的各类需求，也总能及时响应、妥善解决，专业又暖心的服务，让每一次交流都倍感舒适。
无论是酒店整洁舒适的客房、丰富美味的餐品，还是Leo和Amy带来的优质服务，都让我们对厦门百琪万怡酒店留下了极佳的印象。下次再来厦门，这里一定会是我们的首选，也期待能再次感受到这份用心的守护~

陪母亲，前台看身份证得知当日是母亲的生日，马上打电话给厨房，问能否得来及做个蛋糕给母亲，晚上七点将蛋糕送到房间，很贴心～另外入住房间面朝大海，海上有渔船，有跨海大桥，远方有高楼，傍晚看夕阳，景观一流。值得推荐！

Location is far from city centre but relatively close to where the airport is. Relatively a new hotels and some rooms facing north would have see view. On the flip side the restaurant service at the time of my stay is limited, and rooms have poor insulation.
