  酒店环境很好，房间挺大，礼宾服务热情， 周边地铁，大悦城，园博园，杏林湾绿道，吃饭游玩都方便。 早餐人多，需要错峯。 宾客服务主任邀请免费体验行政酒廊，可惜时间关系没来得及去，下次来厦门还会选择这里

  Almost zero English when arriving, I couldn’t get anybody to understand the word check-in and add check-in. I couldn’t get anybody to understand the word Wi-Fi. At the bar, I ordered a gin and tonic and received a warm can of ?tonic without a glass or ice only to notice that all the bottles of alcohol ?behind the bar were empty and they’re not sure if they had any alcohol, ?so I ordered a beer and it was warm and a glass bottle and could not get a cold beer at the bar. ?Very fancy very well pointed building, but difficult to get a function like a hotel

  Not recommended as the hotel set the temperature at 25 degree. It is very warm anr hard to rest.

  这次带着狗子出行，这是最最满意的一间酒店。 环境、房间硬件自不必説，有一间星级酒店该有的水准，但能在此基础上有如此贴心周到细致的爱宠服务，真的让人不得不赞扬一下。 到的很晚，又带着一条体型较大的边牧，工作人员立刻迎上并引导从不影响其它客人的专用电梯上楼，打开房间，各种宠物用具应有尽有，连我们自家都不会备这么齐，房间很宽敞，和狗子在房间里转圈圈追逐都很流畅。 最后要説的是，视野极佳，窗外四面皆是风景，能看到日升日落云卷云舒，能看到大桥横跨岛内外，眼前是典型的燕尾脊龙船脊中西合璧的嘉庚式建筑，远处是绿树环绕的市民公园，和清澈明亮的湖水。 酒店大堂有星巴克快捷站，办入住就会有有张券。

  Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice Starbucks coffee, delicious breakfast. Stayed there for 5 nights. Great fitness room and swimming pool. Beautiful lobby and big rooms with lake view. In General very good hotel.

  Nice room and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Got upgraded for free. Close to shopping malls in jimei.
