This is a very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. The weekend dinner buffet was beyond our expectations especially for that price, it’s a must try thing if you stay at Renaissance. Can say the same about the breakfast, however the coffee could be improved. The only disadvantages could be the location (it’s a little far from all fun places and the beach in front of the hotel doesn’t look attractive for swimming, so it’s only good if you have a sea view room) and the swimming pool is quite shallow (1.2m depth) and small (it’s way overcrowded on the weekend in particular, full of kids yelling, splashing and approaching you if you are a foreigner and screaming HELLO HELLO HOW ARE YOU which is quite annoying). Another swimming pool isn’t a pool at all as it’s probably 0.9m depth and the other one is closed and only available for those who book the room with the direct access to the pool. If we knew it before, maybe we’d consider staying in another hotel. Anyway, we appreciate friendly hospitality and a late check out. It was a good stay overall.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in at the door. They helped us with our luggage. The cleaning lady was very friendly too and was happy that at least we could communicate a little bit in Chinese even though we’re foreigners (Africans). They gave us some commentary soup because it was a “cloudy day” which was a nice gesture. The hotel is kid friendly with kids pool and amenities. It’s not close to a lot of attractions but good for a short stay.

Very welcoming and helpful at check-in. Great room and very quiet. Superbly designed hotel with a professionally equipped gym and full 25m indoor pool as well as a small warm pool with hydro massage jets. The outdoor area is spacious with numerous pools. There is direct access to a beach for great running and cycling. Very good quality and choice of food for breakfast. Just outside of the hotel are some very good seafood restaurants.

Excelent view. Service also quite good and friendly
The breakfast was a mix between chinese and western food. Compared to other hotels from same brand, I would expect more options for fruits and veggies.
Interesting sea food restaurant near the hotel, which I would recommend.
For people looking to swim at the beach. Quite calm place and not so exciting for swimming.
In general would stay again here , to relax and have calm view

很喜欢。度假型的酒店，可以假装自己在三亚。地理位置就在海边，前台还给免费升级了房间。阳台出去，无敌海景，感觉心旷神怡！房间设施不失档次，酒店餐厅的自助餐也美味可口。推荐来厦门想要度假感受的可前往入住！
