我们在盛捷住了愉快的一周，入住的时候帅小伙Alex为我们办理入住，服务热情专业，还贴心的升级到大房间。打扫房间的阿姨也是很认真。房间宽敞，设施齐全，厨房设备很全。楼门口就是地铁站，去鼓浪屿轮渡码头地铁直达，对面是大商场，吃的逛的都很全。我们全家都给酒店满分赞。

现场比图片环境好，这个价位算非常舒适了，前台接待人员也有礼貌，Angel还很热心解决了问题。

房间还算乾净整洁，就是提前标注了高楼层，给的房间还是在低楼层，而且标注了不要靠近电梯，还是给了货梯边的房间，卧室写字枱头顶的水管下水声很响，也很频繁。早餐选择也有限，不是很丰富。由于仅住一晚，也就没有纠结和向酒店反馈。住过不少雅诗阁连锁酒店，这家相对很一般。

The mgt needs to review the design of the tap in the kitchen, it's too high and water splashes everywhere because of the water pressure. Also, the toilet layout is bad for the deluxe 1 bedroom apt.

大概是17年的时候来厦门住过这家，当时应该是刚开业，不管是房间硬件还是服务方面都留下很深印象。这次家庭出游特意选的这里，位置很方便，挨着宝龙一城，而且最重要的是因为这个双卧房型的性价比简直找不到第二家（个人观点）！但是不得不説房间确实偏旧了，而且不知道为什么这个房型房间有很重的味道，换了一间能强点，但还是有霉味，工作人员服务态度没得説，只能説性价比可以了。

efficient check-in and checkout process
Spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette, clothes washer, fridge, microwave, cook top. Big TV in living room and Bedroom.
Big shower room with strong hot water.
4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests.
Gym is on level 7, quite small and old
Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway
When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor.
Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff.
Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Lovely accommodation right next to a shopping mall, with so many cats in the middle, bringing joy and peace when watching after dining/ shopping. The staffs were very friendly and went above and beyond by allowing us to store our luggage three days before check-in, which made our trip to other city so much easier. This is truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, there was robot to send water bottles and food. Overall service was excellent. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience!

超级超级好，给升级了。楼下的店好吃。装修风格很香港，一瞬间感觉回到了hk，虽然有一定年份了，但保养的很好。
