酒店坐落于半边山度假区内，海景房观日出是最佳位置，房间阳台上的圆形沙发很有特色，衞生间也很大，提前一天已有电话联系，退房还送了小礼物，真心觉得入住酒店很温馨，唯一遗憾的是498元海鲜套餐不够理想，歺厅的各别服务人员还需培训，在客户回覆晚歺已结账，同位服务人员还再次追问有点不太礼貌需要培训。第二天晚歺点的干煎娘娘鱼，红烧豆腐鱼及炒年糕厨艺还是很棒哒。大堂茶吧肉松麪包、麻薯味道很不错哦

One of the best weekend getaways I’ve experienced despite the language barrier, food, cleanliness, amenities were all 10/10.
At the time the Sky bar was closed - it would have been nice if they disclosed this at check in.

We booked a room with access to the lounge but we discovered that the lounge was closed since a while. Service room: we ordered one day a wine (out of two available) and we have been told that it was sold out), another day we ordered two seabass and we have been told that they had only one remaining. swimming on the beach in front to the hotel is not allowed. The personnell has tried its best to support us but the overall customer experience is well below the brand and the price paid

A lovely hotel however, this is not the place for you if you dislike the heat. In mid April zhejiang can be hot however, it is not possible to set the air con below 24 degrees even after asking reception. This temperature might be acceptable for some however, for us it was difficult to sleep.

Everything was perfect !
Special thank you to Carle Chen how helps us a lot to have the most amazing anniversary!
He helps us a lot and always very welcoming
The room was amazing very big and pretty, the balcony have pretty view on the beach, very quiet and peaceful
The swimming pool is very clean with a pretty view on outside
The breakfast is a big buffet with western food
We forgot one shirt and Carle helps us to send it by mail
Thank you so much for all the helps
All the staff people are very nice and helpful
The hotel propose also photography on the beach, very pretty pictures

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo ????.
A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member ????Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious ?? and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered ??. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got ??. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city ????

It’s one of my worse experiences in my life , I never can imagine how bad is it , all of the door from hotel to beach was closed , actually hotel don’t have any beach , you have to go outside of hotel and from other way go to the beach , 3 security man was near the beach and don’t let anyone touch the water and they shouted by speaker anytime , you never feel any relax in this kind of place. I didn’t see any foreigner there , I booked 2nights but stayed one night Becouse of very bad feeling , but Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful
