No complaints! They had self service laundry and a good Chinese breakfast. There is a spa on the basement level of the hotel and in the pictures they show baths, but unfortunately there are no baths. They have sauna rooms, massage rooms, showers, and food. So still relaxing!

我和老伴是七十多岁的长者，十一月3号入住在酒店，4号早离店，由于年龄大了记性差，离开酒店收拾行李把手机充电器和线忘记了带走，当我们到达下一旅游城市酒店才发现冲电器和线没带走，与贵酒店前台联系后，工作人员微信名：满目星晨，非常认真负责地帮我们找到，并联系我们及时快递到家。很感谢??！谢谢！对贵酒店对顾客热心服务及时解决问题，的态度和能力表示非常的感谢?！

定的特惠标间，挺好，挺大的。早餐吃的挺好。洗澡水很舒服。有空调热风。地理位置，离天一城几百米，去吃饭挺方便。门口有公交，从清风楼回来有公交车，挺方便，去博物馆也有直达车，走着可以去火车站。总的来説不错。

毕竟是涉外酒店，房间宽敞床很舒服，细节无懈可击。离天一广场500米，二晚吃饭都在那里，连住了二晚，很棒。

optimal location, right in front of the train station. room, bathroom, everything was superb. had a great stay and can highly recommend.

距离天一广场很近，步行200米。房间面积够大，干净整齐。卫生间用品品质感不错。前台很礼貌，效率也高。 不错的感受。隔音效果也不错。
