这次入住体验感真的很不错，入住之前员工提前打电话联系了我们，询问了一些需求，加了微信後又推荐了酒店附近的地道美食。酒店位置挺方便的，附近商超餐厅都蛮多的，到酒店後姓汪的经理热情欢迎了我们，酒店员工给我们安排了安静的房间，总体入住体验很不错，下次再来还会选择

二刷这家店了，虽然电梯慢，但是瑕不掩瑜，酒店贴心的服务给人印象深刻，特别是办理入住的时候对於外地客人的温馨提示天气怎麽样，海拔高建议带上氧气瓶去，幸亏听了他们的建议，同行有个小孩就高反难受，我们及时拿出来氧气瓶缓解很多，大大大的点赞。还有房间的温馨提示很好，告诉我电梯等待时间，起提前出发了，不然按照我原本时间是要耽误车程的，为这一提前预知的提示点赞。

故地重游西宁，还是一如既往地住这家店，除了地理位置方便之外，最大的优点就是服务的贴心，上次还是冬天来，告诉我们外出冷，多穿衣服。这次夏天来，得知我们要去青海湖，也提醒我们多穿衣服，感觉西宁这出门就得多穿衣服不分季节[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]，不亏称为中国夏都！

Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

The hotel is old; there was mould all over the bathroom. Dust was an inch deep outside the window. The breakfast was terrible; nothing was to our taste, and we are not very picky eaters. To get th=o the hotel, we had to pass a public toilet, and the smells were always present. I would advise my friends to keep away.

@ strategic location 天府井，surrounding areas are full with all the attractive food and shopping mall. Room is big and comfortable. Got 2 in 1 washing machine & dryer @ 24F.
Recommended.

I guess we were in the non-smoking floor, but the elevator and corridor smelled bad. The breakfast is messy in a small room, but you can taste local food

For the price this is a very reasonable hotel with a nice location. The best thing about our stay here was definitely the staff, who were super nice and helpful. The rooms are also of good size. We only checked in here to get a few hours of daytime rest before travelling onwards, but I would have no problem spending the night here as well :)

It has nothing to do with the hotel but guests on my floor were so noisy. Ruined the whole experience. Would’ve been nice if someone asked them to keep quiet.
