我很喜欢德令哈的星程的环境，所以才选的西宁这个星程，冲着那份好印象，所以没管那些差评。没想到其他关於破，旧，脏，隔音差的差评全是真的。另外我这麽多年住酒店，头一回碰到补充矿泉水的时候会把客人没喝完的塞回去而不是补充新的。葛朗台就别开酒店了，我都怀疑保洁就是老板本人，打扫不积极，省钱一把手

此次入住的酒店体验超级棒！一进入酒店大堂，就感受到优雅大气的氛围。前台服务人员热情周到，专业高效，给人宾至如归的感觉，值得称赞！办理入住快速高效。房间宽敞明亮，乾净整洁，设施齐全且品质高。床品舒适，让人一夜好眠。酒店的餐饮也很不错，菜品丰富美味。此外，酒店的位置也很便利，位置在市中心，去哪都方便，去火车站、飞机场都很快，如果有意愿去塔尔寺也有直达公交车，自驾也就半小时不到，酒店周围有很多小吃街夜市，旁边就是医院，周边交通便捷，出行无忧。无论是商务出差还是休闲旅游，这家酒店都是绝佳选择。强烈推荐给大家，下次有机会我还会毫不犹豫地再次选择这里入住。

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the "do not disturb sign" on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

本人经常出差，这家所谓的“星程酒店”并不是华住集团旗下的公司，这个预订後到前台办理入住，前台给的解释是“申请加入华住会，衞生硬件管理设施等达不到标准被拒绝”，得知这样的解释也是相当无语，这家酒店知道自己差，并且也接受了自己确实差。办理完入住，向前台索要一次性刮胡刀，工作人员表示需要有偿提供20元，接下来等电梯是那种商住混用的电梯，电梯地面因为长时间不做保洁地面粘脚，大概十分钟後终於来到了房间所在的楼层，一股浓烈的发霉的味道扑鼻而来，似乎更加淋漓尽致体现了前台説的差，在打开房间门的那一刻，我绝望了，昏暗的灯光下掩盖了衞生不达标的死角，没有窗户，没有窗户！没有窗户！哪怕是暗窗也没有，具体布局是这样的衞生间门对着床，床尾一个大镜子，房间局促的布局让人压抑的心跳加速，当然更有毛骨悚然，角落里的那台摇头扇，似乎把我们的思维带回了本世纪初，是的，那大概就是儿时恐怖片里的情景了。果不其然，**後半夜如期而至，躺下耳朵里就充斥着拉行李箱的声音，睁开眼声音就消失了，打开灯房间就如一个密封的盒子。。。无奈凌晨五点起床，无法忍受，离开了酒店。以上亲身经历，希望选择这家酒店的看完评论及时避坑。

酒店位置优越，交通便利，出行十分方便。服务员态度热情，周到。唯一不足就是房间内没有空调，入住时还是有些闷热。

1.星程的酒店 如家的房卡
2.接待处装修和房租内两个对比，自己看
3.显示2020年装修，实则里面家俱90年代，都掉漆了
4.一进门就一股子味儿，不信的可以自己去体验
5.没有墙皮，只有开边儿的墙纸
暑假出游20天，这是心情最差的一天，不想多説啥，门店自己看！平台自己看！当地代理自己看！
6.另，不评价前台服务人员，因为人家只提供服务，但是经营者还擦亮眼睛看看你自己做的生意是否真的对标了星程的酒店标准……
