衞生：很糟糕，马桶垫上有不明胶状物，漱口杯也有脏东西，有的地方尘土很厚。
环境：环境很一般，酒店整体偏冷，空调吹了一晚也就23度。餐厅也冷，部分餐食（熟食）都是冰的
服务：电梯是共用的，有的楼层电梯不停，也没有标识，等电梯时间很长，前台也没告知。

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mehood Hotel in Xining. The location is excellent — perfect for a stop before and after our trip to Yushu. As with many centrally located hotels, drop-off and pick-up are a short walk from the entrance, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
The lifts are shared and can get a bit busy at times, but once on the hotel floor, it’s peaceful and quiet. The breakfast offers a good variety, mostly Chinese dishes, but the staff were understanding and didn’t mind us bringing extra food for the children. The staff were consistently friendly and especially kind to our kids, which made our stay even more pleasant. I really appreciated the laundry room with washing machines — being able to do our own laundry was such a bonus during our travels. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff quickly moved us to a cooler room on the other side of the hotel, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Xining. We’d happily come back!

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai.
What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway.
But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

Love this hotel 's location. Nice shopping malls just down the hotel. Breakfast is also very good.
Hotel's staff are very attentive anf helpful. Especially Miss Ma is very friendly and always there to help answering questions.

第一次来青海玩，可惜遇上疫情在酒店没住多长时间，但是不得不说酒店疫情防控做的很好，需要报备，健康码行程码核酸，疫情期间这样很让人放心，酒店地段很好，对面就是万达，后面也有个商业区很热闹，吃东西什么的也很方便。酒店什么都是免费的，免费的水，爱喝水人的快乐，咖啡，小点心，水果。等疫情好一点，有机会还会和朋友一起来青海玩，认准美豪酒店！

酒店给我的印象非常好！首先说服务非常热情周到，前台有一位接待员非常热情，还帮我们提箱子，前台接待也办事效率高。酒店设施很好，基本都是新的，洗发水、浴液充足好用。酒店位置在新区最繁华的地段，吃住玩都非常方便。在酒店住了两天，离开的时候，因为有两个大箱子，打电话跟前台联系，很快来了两位阿姨帮我们把箱子一直推到酒店外、马路边上的上车地点，让我们很感动！

很喜欢美豪酒店。到不同的城市都愿意入住。给人的感觉很贴心，放间大，床大，标间的一张床两个人睡都没有问题，很适合大人搂孩子。风格现代，很清新，设施也很贴心。西宁的美豪价格要比我去过的其他城市略贵一些，但是位置很方便，楼下就是市中心步行街，吃饭，逛街都很方便，酒店还给房型升了级，还送了一大盘水果，发挥了贴心的一贯作风。有地下停车场，早餐还行，电梯不好坐，因为一栋楼上有很多其他酒店和店，只有一部专用电梯，不是很方便。不过住的很舒服，服务好。

美豪的忠诚粉丝，来西宁打卡啦，服务还是一如既往地好。房间卫生干净整洁，设备先进化，早餐种类多，还有免费的下午茶，坐在茶餐厅里，喝着咖啡，吃着点心，能看到整个闹市区，别有一番风味，楼底下是步行街，对面是万达，是西宁的网红打卡地，开车过来特别方便，有免费的停车场，吃饭购物，逛街都很方便，来西宁一定要来这家酒店打卡。
