朋友帮忙订的，因为离机场进，出了机场后给酒店打电话，司机很快就到送到酒店前台小姐姐们微笑打招呼，并询问是否第二天需要送机，贴心的给安排了叫醒服务，不错，很满意！

We stayed here for 1 night, after landing at the airport and then going to Luoyang. The hotel is close to the airport and we took a quick Didi ride to get there. The hotel has a nice modernistic feeling with a lot of lights here and there. The breakfast was lovely and quite filling.

酒店设施完善，性价比超高Wi-Fi网速很快，环境不错，地理位置非常好，附近逛街吃饭很方便，楼下就有小吃一条街，吃饭选择性高，房间很大很喜欢，特别感谢前台02 08 01还在送机时候帮我们拉行李。这次入住体验非常棒！酒店的设计风格简约时尚，给人一种温馨舒适的感觉。房间内设施齐全，尤其是床铺非常舒适，让人一夜好眠。酒店的服务也非常周到，员工热情友好，为我们提供了很多实用的旅游建议。此外，酒店的早餐也非常丰富，让我们在旅途中也能享受到美食的满足。总的来説，这是一家值得信赖的酒店，强烈推荐！

Welcoming receptionist. Spacious and clean room. Non-smoking room suitable for traveller with kids. Super fluffy and comfortable bed. Stayed for 3 hours while waiting next flight and had a good rest. Very good noise cancelling as the hallway equipped with carpet. Provided free airport shuttle using personal MPV which really convenient. Affordable rate. Recommended. Overall satisfied with the stay and looking forward to stay again in future.

Not a enjoyable stay at this hotel. Shower room was not very clean, shower head is old and faulty. Flooring in the room was also not in good condition. TV was spoilt, called the front desk to request change of room but request was rejected. Request minimum change of TV, request was also rejected.
Overall Rating : POOR and will not stay here anymore.

We had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.
