  2018年的酒店，有些老旧，大堂、早餐厅都在42楼，房间更高，视野很好，五星级酒店早餐该有的都有，也有本地的特色。服务不错，Zoey小姐提前一天就与我联系，得知旅游，提前发给我徐州旅游攻略，周到的把两间房安排同一楼层临近房间，有求必应，非常感谢Zoey，为徐州旅游服务增色！??

  We are Guests from Dubai the hotel was great stay will definitely come and revisit. It was well decorated hotel , cleanliness , Hailey was our receptionist who was very friendly and kind all the team and concierge team was amazing staff. best regards Marquize??

  Room was clean, service was great and fast, location was right in the middle of the city though it really jams through peak hours. But this hotel is so comfortable, added more colours to my Xuzhou trip

  AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, MY STAY WAS NICE, THEY HAVE ALLOCATED ME TO A HIGHEST FLOOR WITH GREAT VIEW BUT THE ROOM PICTURES UPLOADED TO THE WEBSITE IS QUITE FAR DIFFERENT TO THE ACTUAL ROOM.

  Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.
