  酒店很安静，吃的也不错，只是我去当天期货大跌，心情不佳，业务也没有谈成，

  环境不错，园林式的，春节入住人不多，散步很舒服，酒店人员也很有礼貌会主动打招呼。

  Location is far off downtown, if you dont have a car, then good luck. Overall cleanliness are good, with exception to some minor details. Service was poor, if you have any problem, the front desk cannot solve it. I have my first hand experience, I booked a room with single Queen or King bed, when I arrived, they said it was all sold out. They tried to convince me and my wife to stay in a dirty, smelly, twin beds room, but we refused. Then they accused us of making a reservation for twin beds, we were lucky, because ctrip sent us a SMS confirmation, so we show them the message. The accusation stopped. After about an hour of their internal discussion, and numerous calls to Ctrip, they finally decided to upgrade us to a suite. This was a simple solution, which could have been solved by a competent manager. Nonetheless, the whole front desk team were incompetent, brainless, not to mention the accusation and attitude.
