This was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.

Great Hotel. Great for kids. The cribs were horrible. But everything else was really great. They did drain all the swimming pools. So only the big indoor pool was open and it wasn’t good for kids

看携程只有4.5分，实际入住比预想中好，公共区域很大，早餐中规中矩，人比较多，室内有健身区域和泳池，室外有网球场但没开放，周边吃饭的选择很多。沿途去北洛秘境的路很适合跑步骑行，不过爬升有点大，北洛那边栈道有门岗执守，要8点半才开放。海螺湾那边跨年的人很多，元旦还显得很乱，亲子家庭注重环境，更轻松休闲的，在这边更好。小童俱乐部没时间去体验就没去了，整体而言，值得再次入住。

The most worse beach is there , so noisy, can’t swim in the sea , even the security not let guests get close to the sea

It is enjoyable to have vacation in this hotel with friend as the staffs and the receptionist Yuki are sincere and helpful. The staff helps my friend to find her mobile phone as well. Thanks all your effort to serve and did a good job.

This hotel starts to getting old. The rooms, the facilities needs more and more maintenance or renew. Anyway the location helps and also that there is no competition nearby.

The concierge service is excellent, we have problems using wechat to find a driver to take us to the museum, they helped us immediately and we are really glad everything worked out good??
The breakfast buffet was good, restaurant is very clean and pleasant, very relaxing atmosphere??

虽然只是住一晚，感受非常好！入住酒店前台的曾小姐主动帮我升级了侧海景房，还协助把双床拼成大床，非常贴心。早餐如果能增加一些品种就更完美了，例如各种各样的芝士??

酒店前台很好，订了两间园景房，4个大人带2个孩子，幸好前台给了一间望海的房间，好大好方便，不然带两个孩子真是不够住。酒店出来就是沙滩，很方便
