We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Yangshuo. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and nature — a perfect place to relax and recharge.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere is peaceful and calming, yet the location is convenient for exploring Yangshuo. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a relaxing experience in Yangshuo.

An amazing environment to stay in, totally Feng shui, very tasteful, bright new facilities and SMART high tech in the rooms. Excellent cleaning staff and very friendly reception staff. However, the tech buttons were different beside each bed for the curtains and lighting which caused us some issues as did the tech lighting buttons but a magical button in bathroom to opaque glass for privacy. The breakfast buffet not as good as some we have experienced as the cheese appeared stale and they did not offer fresh omelet. Loved the country walks and closeness to the theme park and other coffee and western restaurants for dinner. Overall, a wow stay.

来到阳朔很好的第一家酒店不踩雷，整个过程都很舒心，酒店环境很好，设施很全，还有服务很不错，管家热心，服务员态度超好，马路对面就是千古情景区，非常值得看的一场演出，特别震撼。

这家酒店体验绝佳??!前台接待热情高效，办理入住迅速。因为到的晚，贴心的还帮我们取票。发送了美食推荐，旅行攻略，对于我这样临时起意的游客，很便利。房间布置的很温馨，床品舒适，睡了一个好觉。浴室乾净，热水充足，洗手液和沐浴露是我喜欢的香氛味道！餐厅美食多样，味道超棒。周边交通便利，出行轻松。下次再来，或者有朋友来这里，一定给他们推荐！

酒店整体设计感很棒。还有免费的停车场，车位很充足。三楼有一个泳池大露台可以直接看到千古情景区。还提供免费衣服送洗服务，非常便利。前台小姐姐的服务也很赞，办理入住很高效，解决问题非常快。下次来阳朔还会过来这边住。

意外的惊喜，设施与设计都很符合现代审美，内涵高雅，位置优越。
1.温馨服务：多了几个家人还很温馨的赠送了早餐；2.服务体贴：铺床、送水、早餐、打扫等都很贴心；
3.位置优越：正对着千古情，到西街、十里画廊都比较近，可以领略不同美景。
很少推荐，差旅那么多五星级酒店体验，这家综合指数很高。

饭店内装设计时尚，很适合拍照，但实际体验很差。两个房间的咖啡机都是坏了，空调不凉空气闷热；早餐到9:30西瓜汁已“售罄”，服务员不知详情；泳池非恒温，健身房24h宣传却关主电源，早晨无人协助；欢迎水果盘没送；退房时员工强迫给五星级好评，感觉不适；安保松散任何人可上客房层。外观亮眼，实用性差。

100% will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Yangshuo. The hotel is newly built and immaculate. We got upgraded a bigger room and the view of the mountain was tranquillizing. The service desk was very helpful and helped us book tickets as well as gave us recommendations. Highly accommodating and caring. Service level is 100!?
Not to mention, the bed was sooo comfortable my dad slept all through the night. Pillows were also very comfortable with memory foam option as well.?
Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and were decent quality. Both Chinese and western options were available.?
There’s also a small back mountain and small cave to explore behind the hotel.?
I would definitely stay here again if I visit yangshuo.
