吃的，景色，位置都很不错，特别是能坐在遇龙河旁吃早餐，里头的西餐意面十分出彩，那个蓝纹臭芝士香肠意面十分好吃，连续吃了两餐……还有中餐的鱼头青菜梗也是十分好吃的，十分清爽又芋香味十足……而且酒店位置十分优越，酒店门口可以直通步道，步道可以把十里画廊都走完，有小孩的可以逛一下，特别适合小孩子自然教育哈哈哈哈，而房间设施十分欣赏这20年的老店竟然一点也不感觉潮湿，老旧还有蚊虫多，他就是一个复古的设计，很好看。他的窗帘竟然不是窗帘布而是用隔音板材做的，光源密闭性十分好，床品是硬床，我是比较喜欢硬床，一觉睡到第二天七点多也不知道已经天亮了，十分舒服，但是唯一一个不好就是洗澡的水温不太稳定一时热一时凉的，还有房间纱窗门的锁自动锁了两次，后来第二次，酒店直接换了锁，综合来说长者小孩都十分满意

二月份来住过就一直念念不忘，国庆假期果断又选择了这里。虽然设施真的有点落后，房间更是很小，但胜在外部环境实在太好。

I would recommend this hotel to any foreigners who are not too good at speaking Chinese. Most of the staff speak English very fluently. They taught us tourist information such as where to visit with one and half-year-old baby.
The view of the Yulong River rafting from our room balcony was spectacular. The location was good. Easy to access Yulong river rafting spot.
The hotel restaurant has Chinese food and Western food, which we enjoy a lot. My husband said their sweet sour pork was one of the best. He sometimes had two sweet sour pork a day.
They put mosquito cents on at night so we didn't get any mosquito bites.
We would like to visit again if we have a chance.

We loved our stay at Yangshuo Mountain retreat. It is one of the prettiest hotels situated right on the side of Yulong river. The hotel gardens are beautiful too. We stayed in a river view room with balcony and it was completely worth it. Room prices were very reasonable too. We spent a lot of time chilling in the balcony, admiring the scenery and sipping tea. There is a nice walking and biking track right outside the hotel which goes on for several kilometers along the river. The hotel also provides bikes for free which we used during the day to explore the track and returned in the evening. Overall, we had a great experience and rate this hotel 5/5

Amazing stay at this resort!! Highly recommended!
Feels totally well taken care of by staff, who are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant food was reasonably priced compared to outside venue. Love it even more that the hotel advocate sustainability by reducing single use plastics!
Easy to commute from hotel to tourists spot via DiDi. Communication with resort can be easily done via WeChat if needed.
All credit to the front desk ladies for their patience, good-nature and friendly reminders! During one of our evening excursion to watch the acclaimed Liu San Jie show, one of the ladies voluntarily gave us blankets to take along, highlighting that we will need it. And true enough, while other audiences either suffer the cold or had to rent additional clothing from street vendors outside the venue, we felt blessed wrapped up in a blanket. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Will choose this venue again when I next visit Yangshuo.

Now in 2023 I returned to Yangshuo Mountain Retreat, first visited in 2017. It is found at an idyllic spot on the Yulong River and is my favourite of the five hotels I have stayed at in the Guilin-Yangshuo area. It is more of a lodge. A day spent sitting at a garden table combined with a short Riverside walk brought me back after 6 years. The location I wold include as an amenity!
All staff speak English well, several remaining at the hotel over the years. It was nice to7 be able to reminisce with the staff met previously,, including Michelle who doubles up as a tour guide.

Great hotel in many ways. Dehumidifier provided. Nice furniture. Breakfast is by the river. Chinese breakfast was better. Juice is fresh. Great view . Best hotel in Yangshuo. We rented bikes and it was delivered. We had fun . I would recommend and stay here. Garden area is great for children. I will try room with balcony next time.
