The staff is great. Everyone has handheld translators in case there is a need and highly attentive to your needs! Even after checking out ?? The location is more beautiful than advertised and photo ops are everywhere. Hotel amenities are over-the-top luxury for the $$ spent. Lastly, the hotel buildings are walkable, but just WeChat the staff and they are quick to offer a ride! Cheers

very good, the view is amazing. We really like the service there, the staff is very nice and helpful. bener bener puas nginap disini ..dibuat suprise ulang tahun juga kue.. pulang pun dikasih oleh2 ..bener2 ramah ,suka sekali dan pengen balik lagiiiii ??

??????????Our stay at LS Hotel in Yangshuo was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in the mountains, and the surroundings look like something from a fairy tale — misty hills, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you completely relax.
The room was luxurious and very well designed. We especially loved the large bathtub, the rotating bed, and the panoramic view from the window. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the small gifts and the complimentary photo session, which was a wonderful bonus and a great memory from this trip.
This is the best place we have ever stayed with my husband. We sincerely thank the LS Hotel team for their hospitality and outstanding service. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to come back again. special thanks to the photographer and manager (ICEY, Vivi, Caicai) ??????

The room was exceptionally well decorated and comfortable, with a view that’s priceless. Breakfast was very good and varied, suitable for different preferences. The highlight is the attention and professionalism of the staff, in particular Lynn and Icey, who were always trying to make our stay more enjoyable. I’m definitely going back

环境一级棒，8号楼的景色往外看就是这片十里画廊最佳观景位！
服务也不用多説，比五星级酒店好多了，还没入住就被拉入一个十几人的服务羣，管家小一颖小容还有其他的同事都是秒回的，摄影师蔡蔡也是很耐心，跑两栋楼帮我拍照??
就冲着这服务是可以复购的！

设施：第一次来阳朔，他家因为无敌的窗景很红，入住后发现设施方面也很棒，不是那种金玉其外败絮其中的店，房间的超级大电视和旋转床真的爱了，可以转到最好看的角度，躺着看山！！！
衞生：非常满意，一客一换，连休两天第二天主动询问清洁更换
环境：没话説，确实漂亮，冬季淡季窗外的绿色有点萧肃，但是日出日落的氛围感太棒了????
服务：绝对的好评，管家羣建立后非常贴心，解答各种行程的预订方法，有相对的优惠，无微不至，下午茶，晚餐银耳汤都会提醒询问！很棒，关键店里的旅拍出片很好，我直接上图説话，当然衣服是我自己带的哈??

Great value for money in Guilin with unobstructed views. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service — absolutely top-notch. The team is always reachable via WeChat and ready to help with any request.
The attention to detail is impressive: complimentary gifts, desserts, afternoon tea, a free photography session, and even free transport to the city. These thoughtful touches really elevated the experience.

酒店地理位置略偏，但是酒店配有4辆商务车接送弥补了不足，去西街或者接送站，或者吃早餐来回都很便捷。酒店服务很好，尤其是管家ViVi, 热情主动，沟通能力强。早餐对于民宿来説较为丰富，尤其是现煮的桂林米粉。味道非常棒。酒店赠送的旅拍也很到位。如果自己会化粧，还有免费的服饰可提供，在美景下张张都是大片。节假日还有免费的烧烤Party和烟花秀，入住体验佳。

他们回覆时间很快。旅馆内的工作人员态度和蔼亲切，每位都很友善。尤其管家勤勤和小容，非常感谢他们
圣诞当天有免费的烧烤派对有放烟火，气氛很好
入住包括旅拍30分钟,摄影师小宇都很有耐性教我们摆拍，很专业
