酒店服务态度好好 有职员带入房间 并详细讲解房间内设施 卫生环境也不错， 每天都有 早餐 下午茶 宵夜提供 ， 逢一 三 五 晚上9点到11点 有自助BBQ ， 有酒水饮料提供 ， 有生日布置和蛋糕送 非常贴心 ，如果想 泡汤就要提前一个小时通知职员 每次想泡汤 都会有清洁啊姨来打扫 ，打扫的啊姨 也很有礼貌 ， 住了4晚 头两晚真系 相当满意 ，但第三晚 隔壁住进了 应该没什么教养的家庭 小孩一大早就在闹 那个妈妈只会大声骂 变了 妈妈跟小孩都在吵 ， 天啊 我来渡假都要一大早被吵醒 ，有跟职员投诉 职员说会弱弱的提醒一下那个家庭 把声浪收细点 但 可能提醒得 太弱了 吵闹的声音 一点都没有减少 ， 不过酒店的处理方式 我还是蛮 满意的 ， 他们可以让我 换独立私汤房， 不过我心想 我都已经是最后一晚了 就不换来换去 搬东西 那么麻烦了 ， 还有 一缺点 就是 没 冷气 ， 我都无语了 二楼 温度高达27度 我一晚 热醒了 两三次 ， 跟职员说了 开 冷气制冷模式 出的都是 热气， 竟然跟我说是 中央冷气 不可以 自行 开冷气 ，现在他们都是开暖气 ， 可以调送风模式， 但 那个送风模式还是热的 ?? 20多度的阳朔 还开暖气 ？ 我都无语了 那你们的冷气是用来干嘛的？ 我第一晚来 最高温度是19度 房间开了 暖气 的确是很温暖 ， 但之后这几天 都24-26 度了 还开 暖气 ？ 地下开暖气 都不会太焗 但 二楼 真的 热到不得了 ，希望 酒店 能改善一下 二楼和地下的温差 一定有距离 特别是开了 露台窗 ，点可以用同一个中央冷气系统的 ， 淡季都1千多一晚 睡得被热醒 我真的 有点 接受不了 ， 其他的 我都非常满意 就隔音 和冷气这一点 真的 需要改善一下

阳朔酒店，民宿几千家，出行前选择了好久，最后定了这家，结果就是住了两晚都不想走，还未入住，电话已来，+微信拉羣，七对一管家羣，主动服务做的很是到位，一三五自助烧烤每日下午茶晚安宵夜客房水果，西街无限次接送，帮租电动车，房间拍照超出片，各种主动细致服务，真的超省心，是一家躺平式度假酒店无疑了，推荐！

The mai reason I stay here is because they allowed my golden retriever to stay, although charged 120 extra for cleaning fee, that's ok.
The people where friendly, but for the price I would expect the amenities to be much better, for example the room had a hot tub outside but you need to pay extra to have it filled, things like that should be included

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. Additionally, the location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

A bit old building, but everything is great. Suck we went on bad weather, and didnt try the resturant next to it, but its good.

Moon Villa is a really special place and the room, hot tub, and view were all fantastic. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we are happy. And the little things like food reminders, bbq etc. added to the stay. Katherine was especially great as she spoke good English and helped us plan our trip/activities to make it extra special. Thank you.

Great villa, great staff, great service, great views, great choice! Even gave us free upgrade for the first night so we dont have to change different rooms!
