前台小姐姐服务超级棒！
stupid的航空公司（奥凯航空）晚点2个多小时，被迫滞留扬州，临时住了美居。小姐姐给我们升级了房型，还亲自领到房间。
顶楼的餐厅视野非常好；小姐姐还温馨提醒帮忙约了早上去高铁的车，帮我们拎包，感动ing。

酒店配有充电桩非常方便，房间乾净整洁，竟然还有胶囊咖啡机，酒店工作人员的服务真的是太好了，很贴心，处处彰显细节，早餐非常丰盛，特别是这碗麪条非常好吃，全家人都赞不绝口，以后来扬州还会选择这家酒店。

Services are good especially receptionists. The room is clean, the mattress is a bit soft. Hotel restaurant offers a few options for dinner, had to go outside restaurants.

An excellent Mercure product, Faria and Cheese were excellent at check-in and went above and beyond in terms of service. The room was excellent for the price, self-help water at the elevator, breakfast was great! 10/10

Superb service. The hotel staff are friendly and provides helpful recommendations. They even arranged for free Yangzhou east station drop off. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel service wise. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best staff I have encountered so far in china, right from cleaning staff to front desk, very cheerful and helpful.
During check-in was immediately served water and while checking out even received a small gift. The staff personally sees off the guest to the taxi. ??????
The rooms are well equipped and comfortable for an overnight trip. Breakfast spread was standard and the food was very fresh and served hot.
The roof top restaurant has a great view.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.
We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful
