入住体验超赞！刚到店就收到暖心的巧克力曲奇，前台雨航小姐姐服务热情又贴心，还主动分享旅游攻略。客房宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，落地窗外风景宜人，衞生打扫得十分乾净。酒店直通三盛广场，购物用餐超方便，自助早餐中西结合，淮扬风味地道美味。24小时健身中心和室内泳池设施齐全，整体性价比超高，下次来扬州还选这里！

1.作为将近1000一晚的房间，吹风机竟然还是最老式最廉价的那种
2.问酒店要泡澡袋竟然收费，还一个12块钱，后来就説不要了，不知道怎么还给送来一个，也没敢用
3.刚刚入住抽纸就没有了，问了前台，等了好久才送过来，另外住了两晚，卷纸竟然没有给补充，最后一天都没得用，也懒得要了，就一直在用自己的纸巾
4.办理入住时，説房间没打扫好，回覆一个小时能打扫完，就一直在等，后来问还要一个小时就出去吃饭去了，结果吃完饭回来打扫都没有完成，説什么再核查，这效率实在难以恭维。（另外，核查也不知道核查啥那，看不到抽纸只有一张吗）
5.订单里显示房型有迷你吧，但是迷你吧空空如也什么都没有，谘询前台説就是没有但是可以送一晚的，结果第二天还是空空如也什么都没有送，那你们説这种话有什么意义
6.家庭双卧房就是两间房，中间有一个门可以打开，但是给的两张房卡竟然只能打开一个门，这有什么意义啊。
最后，酒店最大的败笔就是服务吧我觉得，不明白订这么贵的酒店有什么用。

Excellent location, directly linked to a shopping mall so it was very convenient. It’s also a short 15 min ride from Yangzhou Railway station. Room was very spacious and clean, fully equipped with amenities. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m in Yangzhou. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just connected to shopping mall. Very convenient everything. Room is clean. Breakfast is nice. Hotel staff is so kind, specially, Happy who worked at front desk is really kind.

Wowza, I can't even begin to describe how amazing this Double Tree Hilton in Yangzhou is! You walk in and bam! - you're surrounded by sheer elegance, but it's chill, not uptight.
The room is like its own mini palace - so spacious and with views that'll take your breath away. Seriously, I couldn't get enough of that scenery! And the service? Al! Happy, you're the real MVP! Friendly doesn't even begin to describe how awesome she was.
Let's not forget about breakfast. A ton of choices, all delish! Whether you're craving local dishes or your usual faves, they've got it all.
I mean, if this is what Double Tree is like in Yangzhou, sign me up for life! Already planning my next visit, see ya there!
