酒店身处扬州城繁华地段，珍园商业街核心位置，周边冶春、星巴克、狮子楼、火锅、日料店等举步即达。距东关街、文昌阁、四望亭、国庆路等繁华街区，5-10 分钟步行路程，地理位置很是方便。
虽处繁华地段，但酒店闹中取静，一入大门，喧嚣便被隔绝在外。园林不大，但假山池塘，亭台楼榭，鸟语花香，百年古藤、桂花、腊梅、绿竹相映成趣，很是清净。门外是走两步即是河边绿道，非常方便晨昏漫步。
办理入住的过程很高效，前台小妹妹们，在我们未达酒店时，就提前联系我们，安排房间，开好空调。入住后，贴心的提供入住和出行指导，送来茶具，以及剥好洗净的桂圆、草莓、车厘子。。。，细致入微，很是香甜。这几日迎来送往，每日见面都会看到她们会心的笑容，如这冬日里的暖阳一般，温暖而亲切。
住在三楼，房间朝南，窗外正对是近百年的高大玉兰，花苞满枝，清晨阳光播洒在上面， 映出微微金色，微风拂过，摇曳生姿。这几日天公作美，阳光肆意洒进房间，温暖如春。坐在窗边，煮茶、品茗，晒太阳，安宁惬意。
这次住套间，安静，乾净，整洁。按摩椅、智能马桶、换鞋小凳、绿植、小零食。。。，房间设施处处透着细致与用心。 无论酒店内部舒适性、周边环境便捷度，还是贴心的服务、温暖的笑容，均远超我的期待！
初次来扬州，得益于这次入住，对扬州印象非常好！虽属旅行，但始终有“家”的感觉！ 感谢酒店的服务人员款待，感谢美丽扬州，下次会再来！

Lovely hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful. Organizing a taxi pick up for us to the train station. Rooms are on the more basic side but the location is great, very close to dongguan street and restaurants.

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay at this historic hotel, hotel staff were amazingly welcoming, friendly, helpful, location is perfect, lots of restaurants, retail shops within short walking distance. Our room was on the 2nd floor, there’s a small table and 2 comfortable chairs setup by the window where we sipped tea in the morning listening to the birds singing. Complimentary Laundry was done and folded when we returned from our outings every day, ice were ready for our gin and tonic, just like the good old days when hotel staying was meant to be

It is very personal. They provided a lot of good suggestions to make the visit more efficient. The service person sent us well folded clean clothes every day!

Fantastic service. Highly attentive and informative. We felt very at home. All the staff were extremely helpful, giving us tips and directions on all the places we wanted to go. They even offered to do our laundry which was highly appreciated as we have been on the road for a few days. As we were there on Dragon Festival day, we were offered the traditional rice dumpling which was delicious. We were also given a gift on departure, all above what we were promised or could expect. I would go back again and strongly recommend this boutique hotel to any traveller even the seasoned traveller like myself to Yangzhou.

家人出游，携程上看到这家酒店，三天二晚住宿，酒店服务环境都好，进出游玩方便，东关街、瘦西湖、大运河博物馆等等吃玩都方便，这次扬州之行体验好，谢谢酒店的优质服务

珍园几年间多次入住，今年烟花三月再去，最大的感受就是，园林依旧美丽、设施很大提升、酒店保养很好，服务一如既往，管家鲍银银这次全程安排妥当，满意一百分。令人惊喜地是小秦淮河沿岸改造得时尚美观，是还没完全火起来的宝藏街区，珍园应该是扬州城内地理位置绝佳的园林精品酒店的代表作。

小院闹中取静，风格古朴。房间很大，住着也舒服，坐在露台吹吹风，冲个胶囊咖啡很惬意。房间很乾净，隔音也很好，浴缸很棒，连泡澡袋和泡浴球都准备了，真好！楼道里瓶装水、饮料、小吃都有，房间里的吃完了可以再拿。附近走不远就是小秦淮，彩衣街和东关街，好吃的有很多。旁边还有家很有风格的书店，喜欢！工作人员也都很热情，回到家的感觉。约摄影师阿翔拍了很多漂亮照片，完美的旅行。下次还会来！
