We stayed in a family room and the room is huge with 2 super king size bed. The check in was flawless and quick and the rooms are clean. Big bath tub with hot springs that was great for my kids. The roof top open air hot bath was also great. My only complain is the hot bath closed at 10pm which dont leave you much time after dinner. br/Breakfast was decent and good for our group. We have 10 pax (with only 8 coupons) but they did not mind as we had 3 kids.br/The location is also good as it is in the center of Jiaosi. Just step out and there are many eateries and restaurant. br/Will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a stop over to enjoy some hotspring in hotel.

The deluxe room has 2 queen-sized beds. Big toilet with a toilet bowl with electronic features. Huge bath tub with hot spring water options. Good food for breakfast. Same food though for the 2 days. Really convenient, just minutes away from the train station where you can take free shuttles to some attractions. The Kamalan bus centre where you can catch a bus to Taipei is just a couple of minutes away. Not every service provider is polite though.

My family and i stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group. This hotel is about two hours bus ride away from the Taipei Taoyuan Imternational Airport.br/br/In general, the hotel looks new and looks very clean. Our room is big - holding two king sized bed and still doesn not feel cramp at all. In terms of facilities, there are two hotsprings, one available on the first floor and the other on the loft. The former is catered for everyone who does not feel comfortable going nude and operates from 10am till late. The latter operates like a Japanese style, nude hotspring and starts at 5am.br/br/The hotel is conveniently located. There are a number of eateries located just opposite the hotel plus a Watsons just diagonally opposite. No problem if u need a munch or a cup of bubble milk tea in the night. br/br/Nice decent hotel overall.

Was impressed with the lobby when I stepped into the hotel. Very Spacious. Probably it is a new hotel, everything looks so new and clean to me. I like the public hotspring area. Service is so so during my stay there. Staff are helpful when I requested for help. Will stay here again if I were to go Jiaoxi again.
