高楼层的海滩观景房，视野很棒，顶楼的露天风吕很赞，唯一的缺点就是要走楼梯上顶楼，对于年长者及行动不便的客人比较不友善，其他的公共环境都很好，而且是头城烟火节的最佳观赏点之一
整体服务人员的服务态度都很好，是会回访的酒店

The hotel room is nice and cosy. Facilities are very new. The atmosphere in the hotel and outside the hotel are great! Will recommend for family to stay.

All good on the hotel. Amenities was great but they have washing machine and no dryer. Room was huge and view was facing the beach. Very nice resort feel hotel. Only thing was the location is slightly further away from downtown, Luo Dong so need to grab an Uber or cab which may not be readily available during peak period or holidays such as new year eve.

OA hotel has the perfect location. It’s within walking distance of the beach and near the seafood restaurants. The staff allowed us to check in early. One downside is the staff at the hotel’s pizza restaurant; they don’t treat customers with kindness, and it seems they aren’t happy working there.

Basic but spacious room with great view overlooking the beach and mountains. Onsen was crowded, noisy with lots of children. The water temperature was not hot enough either.

Sorry no bath tub, limited dining choices after 8pm... but reception seervices are great. The pool view is nice but water is cool. Buffet at the next building is super. Nice location, easy reach for boat ride to TurtleI Island and museum. Reasonable deal with a room with balcony facing Pacofic Ocean and the almost most eastern point of Beautiful Taiwan...but

We stayed 3 nights in OA hotel. The room we got when we came in we found cockroach near the bath room. Called the reception and got another room next door. To my surprised again, next door room also found with insect and balcony service yard found cigarette butt. Room floor don’t seem like have done a proper cleaning the floor when you stepped on is very sticky.
The hotel facilities are ok and suitable for family. Breakfast is in another hotel but the spread is good.
I hope the management need to review and investigate on the room and hotel cleanliness.
