Disappointment and frustration!!! Despite the excellent location, the overall experience was marred by poor service and significant discrepancies between the booked and actual room.
Front Desk Lady Snowy was unhelpful when I asked for directions, suggesting I Google it myself. On the other hand, Ian was helpful and patient, and Service Staff Aunty Shu Yuan was kind too.
The room was dirty (toilet photos attached) , tiny, and differed significantly from the booking app description. The staircase was inconvenient for elderly guests like us, requiring us to carry luggage. We booked an Onsen in the room but received a bathtub instead. The hotel also lacks public Onsen facilities, forcing us to seek alternatives elsewhere.
Overall, it was a bad experience, except for the excellent location, which made it easy to access the train station and landmarks.

食物服务各方面都很好， 按摩很舒服， 方便。 泡温泉很舒服， 下次有机会会再住一次， 家人们都很喜欢， 都得满意。

门的隔音不好，早上还在睡觉走廊就有人大声讲话，直接被吵醒，但是床跟浴缸都很大！推荐
Check in的高峰时间排了超长的队伍还只有一个服务人员，绝对是可以改进的地方

This is just a robbery. They advertise their rooms as clean and nice, but in reality it is just a very dirty and uncomfortable experience. First of all there are multiple stains on the walls making it look like an underground facility. It didn’t have windows, only those on the top that made it look like a basement even more, despite it being on the third floor.
There are a lot of ants crawling on the desk, sofa and even the bed! How would you sleep knowing there are insects about to crawl on the bed? Also a lot of ants were on the towel as well. Overall the room looked very worn down and not worthy of the around 4500 ntd (150usd) paid for the room! That’s why I call it a robbery, this hotel is worthy only 30-40 usd, not 150! The towel rack was dented, the shower tube was barely holding and shaking, water was leaking from the shower hose when you used a different tap to fill the bath.
There was no bottled water in the room, no bathrobe while it was advertised on the website while booking. NEVER STAY HERE, IT IS NOT WORTHY THE MONEY!
这整个就是在抢钱。网站上把房间说得乾净又漂亮，实际住进来却是又脏又不舒服的体验。
首先，墙上到处都是污渍，看起来像在什么地下设施里。房间没有正常窗户，只有靠近天花板的小窗，明明在三楼却更像地下室。桌子、沙发，甚至连床上都有蚂蚁一直在爬。你怎么可能在知道有昆虫随时会爬到床上的情况下安心入睡？连毛巾上也有很多蚂蚁。
整体而言，房间十分残旧，完全不值得我花将近 4500 元（150 美金）入住。这种品质顶多值 30 到 40 美金，绝对不是 150。毛巾架是凹的，淋浴管固定得非常勉强，使用浴缸的水龙头时淋浴软管还会漏水。房间没有瓶装水，也没有浴袍，虽然这些在订房网站上都有标示。
千万不要住这里，完全不值得花这个钱。

实际环境与网路相片差异大,房间很小通风很差,早餐CP值不高,倒是建议下午茶提供的稀饭及一些小菜可以放在早餐供人取用可增加CP值,泡汤池热水要等很久,整体感觉和价位并不相等。

第一次来礁溪.房间包含早餐 房间里面有私人汤池.这点很赞?? 汤池也很大 .几个人泡都可以 .还会再来泡汤.附近还有市集可以逛街 …周围也很多好吃的.

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay.
It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry.
The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

酒店位于大街旁，附近有小食店亦有便利超商，而步行到礁溪转运站及礁溪火车站亦是十多分钟左右。酒店没有大众汤池，但房间内设有独立泡澡池，另有收费汤屋。我们连续入住两个晚上，虽然酒店提供早餐，但两天的早餐几乎完全一样，如果可以变更一下菜式，对连续入住的旅客更为友善。酒店设有水机，不用自己在房间煲水甚为方便。很喜欢房间内的泡浴池，十分宽敞舒适，唯部分地方清洁不太到位，如水龙头后方墙身有明显的霉渍，令人感觉稍为扣分。
