Cleanliness could be improved as there were stains in the bathing area. Hot spring tub is good and relaxing. Soundproofing isn't good as we can hear the room beside us using the water. Love the kids amenities especially the bathroom slipper. Room feels luxurious.

可能是周四，旅客人数不多。饭店主动帮我们升级至较大床的房间是第一个惊喜，大厅内高品质的迎宾饮料与点心是第二个惊喜，再看到房间内的设施，更感觉与日本的旅馆有拼了！早餐虽然没有很多在地特色，但考虑到很多的外国旅客，感觉经营者也很不容易了。

非常满意晶泉丰旅的设施、服务、及餐饮！家人同行共订两间家庭房，每个人都满意极了，约好下次再来！礁溪的饭店住过十家以上，目前最满意这家，服务中太多贴心的小细节、设施的绝佳品质及安排，及方便的地理位置，都让我惊艳不已。真心喜欢晶泉丰旅！

Our 2 nights’ stay was well above our expectations! We had a late check-in as we met with unexpected delay due to road works at the mountains in Yilan. Reaching the Wellspring feeling weary, we were delighted with our room upgrade upon arrival. The thoughtfulness, tasteful furnishings and details in the room were a delight while the cosy private onsen was a wonderful highlight! The buffet breakfast had a spectacular spread and was indeed scrumptious, just as I had read in the reviews before I made the reservation. We absolutely loved our stay at Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Warm friendly service. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good with a wide variety for all palates. Happy Hour at the lobby from 5-7pm.

Check-in was smooth and easy. We parked in the underground garage (not too many spaces - but it never filled up during our stay). We arrived a few hours before the check-in time. While we waited in the lobby, front desk staff came to our seats to complete our checkin-in, and explain the facilities. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private hot tub on the balcony, 2 rooftop pools, drinking water dispensers throughout, and a small yoga studio. There are a lot of eateries in the area, as well as several 7-11's and Family Marts. Our accommodation package included a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice hotpot dinner with lobster, scallops, sliced fish, excellent beef, noodles, and ample vegetables & enoki's. I highly recommend including both meals in your room package.

地理位置超級方便！步行可以到鬧區、車站吃喝很方便、唯一房間空間太小了、顶樓設施有温水泳池還不錯、早餐也很豐富

非常棒的旅店，一樓提供餅乾咖啡點心吧台，房間還備有大人小孩的浴衣拖鞋，乾淨舒適的房間價格又合理，很推薦親子旅遊來唷！
