It’s a nice place to stay, clean and quiet. Yet, we experienced leak and offered a move to another room. I don’t know why, the AC of 1503 bath room is running forever, can’t be adjusted or turned off.

住了这么多年希尔顿欢朋体验感最差的一家店水接出来是黄的，放了几分钟才好，洗手枱连个洗手液都没有，电话线不通，没有服务可言。

因为懒很少写评论，也没给过差评，这次必须差评，基本全国大大小小的希尔顿也住差不多了，银川最烂，服务最次，忍无可忍无需再忍。
1，中央空调没有制热，把边房间又刮大风冻的要死，酒店没有电暖器，给加了一床被子，大无语
2，备品也不足，没有睡袍，没有刮胡刀，没有浴缸套，没有冰箱
3，淋浴间框了一个三角，一个人在里面洗澡都施展不开
4，早餐酸奶是临期的，还有5天过期，有图有真相，我们是5月16号入住
5，最让我生气的是，我们一家人是来旅行，外头玩的正开心，退房后一个半小时突然给我打电话説房间电视机屏幕砸碎了，我就给她解释我们没有看电视碰都没碰，还要调监控发给我，下午又给我打电话骚扰我，影响我旅游的心情，我説你们不行报警吧，真的是恶心人。入住时候我们还得检查有没有物品损坏呗，以免碰瓷，真的是见也没见过这样的酒店

因为银川马拉松专程而去，酒店前台认真负责，答疑解惑有耐心，楼层的服务员也很热情，酒店各项设施乾净，完美，窗外就是湖景，楼下吃的也超多，我们家小朋友住的也很开心

Great location, close to convenience stores and restaurants and short ride to the city centre tourist sites. Standard Hampton Inn in China set-up - nice room and good breakfast included. Will book again for my next stay in Yinchuan.

An newly opened hotel with Great location. The hotel is super nice, clean, the room is spacious service is excellent, highly recommended.
The breakfast is also nice, wide selection of local and international food.
You cannot make a wrong choice to stay there.
Only small suggestions:
No hanger in the bathroom for the towels
The lights next to the bed are too bright cannot turn them off during night time.
The sensors are way to sensitive if you want wake up at night.

Hotel is service is good, clean and close to shopping place. But it's not for international traveler as they can't accept International credit card. Lucky, I still have some cash available to pay. Otherwise I don't know how to settle the hotel bill.
