酒店的前台，晚班和白班交接班前，对于究竟由谁统一付款房费的问题，没备注好，真是害人不浅啊！
不按约定，从多人预授权里扣费，然后又反复发邮件给外宾，弄得大家都觉得酒店前台管理混乱！
