I booked this hotel thinking it's Atour hotel but then when we arrived it was some other brand , they don't have some standards. We got the room that was so stinky even tho when I booked I chose to get the room for non-smokers and away from elevator. We got a room just next to elevator and the smell of ciggaretes and urine was coming in through the AC. Later we asked for another room , we tested 4 rooms and only one - the smallest one was okay but still it can't be considered as non-smoking room - it had an ashtray but the air quality inside was bearable. In front of the hotel is a road that is not accessible , so we had to park taxi on the other side of the road and go around. All in all , it was a really bad experience . I don't remember staying ever in my life in such a hogpen. This place is not for non-smokers and they should label that , otherwise you will always get bad comments.

So now I have to stay in a hotel where one can’t speak a single word of English and expect me to do business.
This was not good. We had ti speak through phone all the time.

Amazing stay, very helpful staff especially the hotel manager Jijaie was so kind. I highly recommend anyone who is travelling to Yongkang city to stay at this hotel.

...55" inch new TCL monitor...reception service oriented... Ms Lulu even booked and made advance payment of my Didi ride...much appreciated...breakfast buffet quite satisfactory...looby provides complementary snaks with fresh fruit... unlimiyrf coffee with machine open 7/24...good value..

Great Hotel and very convenient and new!! Great for a business trip. Also about 7 minutes away by car from Yongkang South Railway Station

I had a very pleasant stay here for a night. Very clean and neat hotel. Right from the reception to the hallways to the room, every place was clean.
Extremely good service. Polite and helpful team at the hotel.
Very good breakfast with a very decent spread of Western food.
The bath tub with the complementary bath salt was the best for me after a long day of walking around the city.
