When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

院子、房间非常漂亮，装修很有风格，管家服务周到，把古镇的游览线路、特色、网红打卡地都介绍的清清楚楚。早餐也很好吃。特别推荐一下他家屋顶，看日照金山，很ok的啦～

Room is spacious, clean and with interesting deco. Facilities are good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They show us food and activities we can have in Baisha old town with a map and all are in walking distance. They even teach me how to buy snow mountain ticket. They also provide free afternoon tea, supper and breakfast. View on the rooftop is nice. No air-conditioning is no issue for us.

设施：房间特别温馨，床品和睡袍、浴巾都很舒服。设施包括加湿器，取暖器等等很全面，吹风机还是戴森新款的，连牙刷都很好用的哈，牙膏都是云南白药的，牙刷很软比星级酒店的都好用。而且最重要的一点是！很多时候住村里的民宿都会有一股潮湿的味道，这里完全没有~
卫生：看到阿姨每天都打扫冲洗院子的地面
环境：在白沙古镇比较里面的位置，还是比较安静的，附近吃吃东西也挺方便。旁边有网红的苹果派店，不过我觉得很一般。但是苹果派店旁边的 喜多面馆 很好吃??民宿自家的面包店的面包也很好吃

干净卫生整洁，服务专业温暖，有机会一定再来！
「咖啡无限续杯」面包主题下午茶:他们家有很多特别体验，手冲咖啡、做面包以及香薰蜡烛，可惜大部分时间出去玩了，只体验到下午茶。下午茶精美可口，即使因为高反无法登山，留在他们院子喝下午茶，也一点不觉得可惜。超级喜欢他们家的院子！他们的小哥哥小姐姐也都是一群有趣的人！

对于民宿的刻板印象可能会因为这家民宿而改变。不仅在房间或者天台就能看到雪山，特别出片，而且民宿里面布置处处显示出主理人的用心，房间地暖怕热的慢，还给提供了若干个取暖器，超级无敌舒服…下午茶和晚安甜汤甜酒真的用心了，不在房间里只要说一声就给送到房间，玩了一天辛苦回来就有小点心，感觉很棒！服务也特别棒，要给大家点赞！特意拉了个群，事事有回应，群里的小赵很热心，对于有点高反和雪山的向往，都能给到解答，对于古镇中的点点滴滴也感知的很到位，包括哪里有坑要及时避坑都说的很到位！我真的不是托儿，古镇的平和很让人流连忘返，谢谢贝尊带给我的美好体验，没有住够，看到民宿里面的书籍，和一些活动，感觉不出去逛也可以在民宿待的很舒服，下次一定还会再来！

Everything is just perfect, i love the service here, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, this is more worthy than the price you paid and beyond your expectation i promise. I will still stay here if i return baisha, or i will recommend this to all my friends

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but I really loved their service. So far, this is the hotel that offers the best service. A staff member explained all the attractions and food options in Baisha Village in detail. They provide afternoon tea, evening snacks, and breakfast—all included in the hotel fees. They also offer other services like candle making and baking classes. Unfortunately, due to my packed schedule, I didn’t get to register for those classes. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and the top-notch service provided.
