Had a great stay with my friends, service is top notch and the view is amazing. Coffee is free flow for all the guests and their latte is good. Had a relaxing stay and felt very well rested. Will definitely introduce this to my friends and family.

Located in a quiet yet walkable location to bai sha ancient town. Very helpful and friendly staff, takes extra attention to your needs throughout your stay. You can enjoy the mountain view sitting on your balcony. The room is very clean. Daily coffee is great.

We were in Baisha ancient town and we stayed 2 nights at Kui Ran hotel. It was a very beautiful hotel with our terrace overlooking snow mountain and near the entrance of the ancient town. The young staffs at the hotel were very efficient and kind. Helped us with our luggages. Beverages were free the entire day ??. Check out the tree house on roof top.

I had a superb stay at Kuiran Hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thanks to the staff for going the extra mile and helping me collect my parcels — truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency.
The location is perfect, with a breathtaking mountain view right from the room. Waking up to that scenery was an unforgettable experience. The room itself was very clean, and the interior design was both modern and cozy, making it a very comfortable stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch service!

This is a newly established hotel with great views! The sky is so bright and we enjoyed sitting outside and chat. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will choose to stay here when we visit Lijiang again in the future.

The location of the place is simply unbeatable - few minutes away from the bustling Baisha Town, quiet and tranquil.
The staffs are beyond helpful - the sweetest people that answer to all of our needs.
And the view - breathing.
To manage your expectation though - it’s a boutique hotel which means things are in general in smaller scale. The room was spacious and really comfortable.
