拿好房卡 到了我住的楼层，远远的看到房间门是打开的，以为自己走错了 赶紧核对房间号，没错啊。走到门口 酒店的工作人员迎了出来 原来是酒店的管家，名叫Gordon。热茶已经帮我泡好了 水壶的热水也是满的 还贴心的送了小点心、欢迎卡片和小礼物，太温暖了。房间很棒哦 超出预期 比我想象的要大很多，这个空间的居住感实在是太舒适了。下次来丽江 还会选择希尔顿，贴心的酒店 从入住的一课 就爱上了??

Big shoutout to 小钟 for the great service! Check in was really smooth and seamless. Touched down at 12pm-ish and he was kind to allow us to check in early.
Room was clean and bathtub was huge!
Really love the lunch at the international restaurant. Do try their 小锅米线。
however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.

What a wonderful hotel,The concierge at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage when they see you.Breakfast is also good, Swimming pool is so warm, wonderful. Snow mountain can be seen in the room. Thanks for the manager Richard‘s good efforts.

This is our first time to stay in the hotel in lijiang. It feels great. The concierge at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage when he sees you.Breakfast is also good, mainly can also see the jade snow mountain, wonderful.Thanks for Richard、Emily、Betty‘s efforts.

I had a truly delightful experience staying with my family at this place.
Especially, the warmth and kindness of Mr. Alex He and Ms. Emily Zhao at the reception who gave us unforgettable memories.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to both for providing an experience beyond the 5-star rating of the hotel.
Although I've stayed in various hotels, their genuine efforts to assist us and
always welcoming us with a graceful smile allowed us to create beautiful memories of China and Yunnan.

Overall hotel is good - Lydia (the duty manager) has upgraded us to a better room with a great view. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The only minor let down is bathroom amenities were not refreshed (eg room service didn’t give us new shampoo and shower gel after they completed the cleaning).
