Hampton in Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain is a great stay, the room is perfect! Good isolation, lot of space, good sheets, nice decoration, everything perfect! Only down side for us was the breakfast, the lack of western options was sad, only one option of fruit and was orange, no watermelon, melon, or any other options… this was the only down side!

非常好，环境乾净，吃的也很多，服务非常棒，就在天门山索道正对面，还有 下面还有一个茶颜悦色，特别特别棒的服务

这家希尔顿欢朋很方便，就在天门山索道口的对面，早餐也很丰富，价格平价，衞生乾净，前台服务也很好，停车方便，下次有时间来森林国家公园在住一次吧

酒店就在天门山索道对面，非常方便。周围有很多饭店，以及小吃街，想吃什么都有。
酒店环境也乾净，服务很周到。价格性价比高，下次还来。

Lovely place, just across the cable car booth to Tianmen. Nice room, big clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really satisfying and wonderful. Recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton. The location is close to the cable car, and there are many restaurants around the hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming to me. Highly recommended.

If you're wanting somewhere close to the cable cart up to Tianmen mountain, look no further! Staying at Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie was a LOVELY experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Our room was immaculate, spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and quiet. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights after long days of exploring.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a great variety, with fresh options to suit every appetite and a friendly service that made the start of the day a pleasure. Small touches throughout the hotel reflected attention to detail and a sincere commitment to guest comfort.
Overall, this stay combined excellent service, comfort, and cleanliness in a way that felt both relaxing and refreshing. I’d happily return and recommend Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie to anyone visiting the area.

Good location which is literally infront of tianmen mountain.
Walking distance within 5 minutes
Good food and had a good sleep.

地理位置好，对面过马路就是天门山索道，提前设定了一个离电梯口近的备注，当然房满也无妨，前台特别礼貌，看到有小孩安排了离电梯近升级了一个有沙发区域的，服务员热情打招呼给小孩送了拖鞋牙膏牙刷等，餐厅乾净，工作人员给小朋友送玩具互动，大厅蜂蜜柠檬水红茶自取，走的时候还送了一个小罐茶叶。特别开心，健身房乾净，跑步机有待升级。
