The location is good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the east gate of Zhangjiajie is within walking distance. The room is decent enough with all the necessary amenities.

性价比还可以的，离景区很近，步行可到，非常方便，附近吃的很多，毛氏小馆，三下锅，米粉都有，水果商超什么的，晚上还有小吃街，隔音有点不太好，然后稍微有点渗水，不过我一个人住，不往那边走就行咯，爬完山泡个澡挺舒缓的。还是推荐。

Великолепный отель! Расположение прям у входа в парк. Рядом рынок, вкусные рестораны. Вид из окна шикарный, прям на горы , кровать удобная. Поначалу на матрасе показалось жестковато, но после целого дня в горах эта жестокость в самый раз для спины. Помогают со всеми вопросами, которые были заданы с нашей стороны. Приедем еще раз обязательно!

1. 酒店位置超便利，房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，前台服务热情，还主动帮忙升级房型，下次来还选这！
2. 入住体验很棒！房间视野开阔能看街景，设施新且齐全，早餐种类丰富新鲜。保洁阿姨每天打扫超仔细，性价比超高～

这个酒店住了两天，最值得我续住的原因就是有地方晒衣服、打扫的阿姨每天清洗退房的房间的枕套、被套、枕芯，楼梯间晒满了枕芯，另外离东门非常近，晚上可以逛后面的夜市、交通便利。

1) Location is good, just few minutes walk to the East gate, surrounded with eating house and convenient store.
2) Staff were friendly.
3) Room cleanliness were so so. Towels were dirty and some were torn.
4) There is no fridge in the room, hotel should update the photos!
5) There are plenty of wall space inside the toilet but somehow there is no hanger for you to hang your cloth/towels.
6) The shower place can easily get flood and there is no floor mat on the toilet.
7) Only 1 top load washer, NO DRYER!
Frankly speaking, quite disappointed with this accomodation.

Very nice stay at very nice hotel. Stayed in the stargazing room and the room was very nice and felt spacious. Was great to even just sit in the room and look out through the window, especially on days when the weather was less than ideal. Staff very helpful and kind, forthcoming even at the slightest problem.

Great views out to the mountains; retractable ceiling panels that open to a glass ceiling; lovely bright room; great location on quiet street close to park entry, convenience store and with plenty of restaurants close by; not far from bus station; attractive decor; bath with a view; plenty of hot water (** bath 'cold' tap was actually the hot water tap); spacious room; conveniently placed power outlets; water bottles supplied each day; kind staff; air conditioning worked really well and was easily adjustable to needs; washing machine on our floor.
The bed was too firm for my partner so we asked for an additional duvet and used that on top of the mattress which meant it was more comfortable.
Staff were very polite and understanding after a misunderstanding on my part about payment for an extra night.
The room wasn't as pristine as our hotel room in Shanghai, but at 1/3 price this spacious room with so many good features was an excellent stay for an excellent price.

Perfect location in a walkable distance to the Wulingyuan entry of the park and close to many food options.
Very confortable bed and lovely view, but disappointing bathroom without soap or nice equipment.
Overall, would recommend !
