  I only arrived in the afternoon on the first day and left again in the morning at around 8 in the morning but the short time i spend in the Hotel was amazing. The Staff was so helpful with planning my short stay, helped me plan what i should visit in my limited time to experience as much as possible. The Hotel is very clean and looks very nice, the Room was very nice and clean. The Location is top tier, very close to the National Park. I can only recommend it.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wangyun Juzhusu. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They helped us book everything we needed and, more importantly, took the time to give extremely detailed explanations and personalised itinerary suggestions. This was incredibly helpful, especially for guests like us who did not book any tours in advance. The accommodation was exactly as pictured online — if not better — which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout our stay, we were treated with so much care: free breakfast was provided, along with snacks, fruits, and warm soups, and we were even surprised with a Christmas gift, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. Every staff member was hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. As a bonus, there were two super cute and friendly animals that made the stay even more memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie who wants comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

  The hotel is very cute and at an excellent location, great value for money and the room spacious, comfortable and clean. What really made our stay amazing was our hosts Tassa's welcoming and incredibly helpful nature. She helped as arrange all our sightseeing meticulously so we can fit as much as possible in our tight timeline and secured the best prices for everything, always had a smile on and was genuinely the nicest. The breakfast was great, especially the noodles that were prepared on the spot. The entrance can be hard to find as it's on the side of the building but beyond that, I highly recommend it and would stay again.

  在望云居民宿住了四天三夜，体验非常好，管家Lily小姐姐体贴入微，微信回覆及时，还帮助我们安排每日行程！ 民宿设施齐全，衞生整洁，环境优雅，服务非常好，每位在此工作的员工都非常友善温暖，尽全力让我们在住的每一天都很完美！到站时为我们提供了接站服务，贴心提供茶水水果，早餐也很好吃！非常推荐身边的朋友亲人下次来张家界的时候来这里入住！

  一进门就被院子里的小花园吸引，花草长势正好，坐在院里晒晒太阳，整个人都放松下来。老板超热情，不仅准备了新鲜水果，还拿酸枣糕招待我们，酸酸甜甜的口感直接封神，现在想起来还流口水！下次来张家界，一定还要住这里！
