  It was an amazing stay. We had only 2 nights (3 days) and the hotel staff was so great with the help. They offered pickup from the train station, offered insights into planning the trips around Zhangjiajie and also helped book rides and tickets for the whole day. Breakfast is very traditional, don’t expect “international style”. It is very tasty and they offer a lot of food. The rooms are very big and the amenities are very nice. We had a big bathtub in the room and an amazing tea terrace with the best view! 10/10 would stay again here.

  amazing penthouse room. great view. absolutely fantastic shower & bath. super helpful with booking national park attraction tickets. very smooth trip. 11/10 would recommend

  Away from the noisiest and most touristy zone of ZJJ but still in an accesible location. The views from the room were amazing and the staff was always helpful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

  The hotel is a bit shabby, but overall looks good. Just the surrounding buildings look a bit abandoned. The stuff is super helpful and polite ?? help with tickets, transfers, show tickets, restaurants recommendations, also made us soup noodles at night as we were super tired to go out. Few cats ??? are also great ?? lots of tea drinking ?? It was my birthday and they decorated the room and presented a great cake with raw dragonfruit’s???????? We enjoyed a lot

  工作人员非常耐心热情，没做攻略去张家界，全程跟着工作人员写的攻略 很省事 ，酒店也很好， 早餐也不错！ 下次还会选这里
