Conveniently located 200m to Wulingyuan car/van station. There is a bus stop infront of the inn which can bring you to the east gate or 东门at ZhangJiaJie National Park for CNY2. Inn provided daily tangerine, washing machine for laundry and also daily breakfast with noodle served upon order by 2 friendly cook which comes with 1 egg, mantou, soya bean drink at the 5th floor rooftop via elevator with wonderful mountain view. It was great energy boost before starting the hike at the Park. 小袁 is patient to demonstrate how to operate the tv, advised the route to take at the Park and gave discount for purchase of grand canyon ticket which also saved time to queue at the ticket booth. 小宋 is helpful to book didi using her account to the Park as my alipay cannot be loaded and gave suggestion how to plan my program. 小卢immediately jumped to the rescue when he saw that I was running late by giving me a ride with my luggage on his own bike to the car/van station. Thank you for the great service and making my stay so enjoyable!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the National Park, which made exploring the stunning scenery incredibly easy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. From helping us with park ticket bookings to recommending delicious local dishes, they truly went above and beyond.
The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious home-cooked options that made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and the owners really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area!

这家客栈是周边少有的有电梯的，无论是卫生设施以及服务都非常棒，客栈工作人员等您到达就帮忙提行李并且告知有景点优惠票可以代为购买很棒！客栈提供早餐和有偿晚餐让旅客感到很便捷！离景点更是很近，步行就能到达！一切都很棒，值得拥有！

房间床很舒服！干净整洁，老板和前台小姐姐很热情，讲解详细，还赠送了他们自己手绘的地图，很清楚。五楼观景台景色很美！早餐在露台上吃的！

客栈干净卫生，交通便利，有停车场，可以停很多的车，客栈依山而建，空气好，晚上睡觉很安静，我们预订的阳台，可以在阳台上喝茶，五楼天台很漂亮，能看到整个才是我，视野开阔，让人很舒适。店员服务也很好，关键还能购买优惠的门票，性价比很高，早餐也很不错，是地地道道的张家界本地早餐，总之，十分推荐

房间没景观，但空间够大，非常干净，我用湿巾擦了柜子，卫生间，一点污渍没有，赞！
5楼天台早餐超过预期，景观开扬，远眺宝峰湖，米粉很对胃口，比在外面吃好太多了吧！
打车去东门不用7块，去南门不到50块，很方便。
前台小姐姐服务很好，友善。帮订门票有优惠非常化算，介绍吃饭的业华湘非常不错。

房间一切满意，有个阳台可以放松不错。老板和老板娘都很好，帮忙建议行程和介绍包车，也告知合理车费，都没抽佣的。早餐七点也很好吃，很方便，不用出去找吃。顶楼环境很好，一边吃早餐，一边看风景。旁边有个洗衣和晾衣的地方，很方便。
就是走上那个斜坡比较斗，有些车子不愿意上去。慢慢走还是可以的。

房间设施齐全舒适，宽敞明亮，布置的很温馨，很有文化气息。热水淋浴设施配套完善，电梯直达顶楼远眺观景、用餐别有情调。菜炒的很好吃，老板和前台及餐厅人员，服务态度和理念都是非常不错的。私有停车场方便停车且免费，入住时老板会免费提供一份详实的地图，并详细讲解怎样游玩更省时，更省力。
