Stayed 3 nights in double room.
Expectation/Reality: the room was just as good as what was expected in the pictures. It’s on the 11/10 floor of the apartment building.
Security: good security, felt belonging were safe.
Hygiene: very clean and cleaned frequently and consistently.
Hospitality: the attendants are very competent and know about local attractions and were helpful for all requests.
Social Atmosphere: it’s a hotel so it’s not a big social scene, but there is a lounge area where you can sit and read.
The location is very close to the cableway and close to the bridge into the downtown area. Highly recommend.

房间不错挺大的，可能酒店是新装修的，有一点点小味道，打开排风扇和窗户，一会儿也就好了，离天门山步行仅五分钟，楼下购物吃饭都很方便，但我没拍照，发几张天门山的照片吧，图文无关哈。

酒店位置一流！就在天门山缆车站旁边！于房间便可见到！服务人员态度细心周到，提供了很多旅途意见，路线，不用四处碰壁、寻找????楼下美食选择多样、美味！

酒店位置很好，走路几分钟就到天门山入口。酒店附近有很多餐厅，吃早餐、买水果也很方便。
房间整洁，床铺舒适，但是装修陈旧，没有足够的充电设施。
虽然房间看不到美景，但酒店接待处附近可以看到美丽的天门山景。
酒店员工热情接待，还耐心解答我们的问题。
这间酒店性价比高，值得推荐。

这酒店有些意想不到！房内的家俬非常复古。我笫一次住印象非常好，房内非常大，环境舒适，干净，前台服务员态度很好！又近景点，值得下次再入住！但床侧的插头松松的！希望贵公司有待改善！祝生意蒸蒸日上！

入住这家酒店??，给了我旅途最大的意外。 酒店的位置在索道公司的正后方，出行十分便利，附近有数家口味正宗的本地餐馆。 酒店10楼风格以土家木质风格，虽是木质材料??，但却没有任何异味！ 11楼是简约轻奢风格，房间干净整洁，视野开阔。 早上开窗，迎面而来的阳光打在脸上却并不刺眼，吹来的风像是带着山间的花香??，望着远处的天门奇观，这一刻，令我心旷神怡，静静地欣赏这大自然的鬼斧神工??。网上提到的服务也是没话说！工作人员的服务态度能让人觉得非常用心

Hotel was clean and at a very good location to visit the Tianmen Mountain (right next to the Station, about 2 Min by foot). Room was modern and spacious. Luggage could be left after checkout. Friendly staff.

Strategic location, overlooking Tianmen Shan Cable Car and with lots of food outlets n convenience stores. Clean rooms (booked 2 rooms) and thanks to wonderful people like Mr Zhang (Manager), Mr Hua, Ms Qian and Ms Ya who provided detailed information on tourist sites, favourite food spots and transportation. Excellent and friendly staff!!! Made our stay, comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely, would provide strong recommendations to stay in this hotel....

Amazing location right next to the cable station to go Tianmenshan. Staff was super helpful, it’s a smoking place but the room didn’t smell like smoke at all!
Amazing all in all, would come back again!

We were in for a surprise to find out that the Tianmen Cable car entrance is right opposite to this Apartment building . Very nice Hotel on the 11th floor . Enjoyed the stay. We r from Bangalore India.
