The hotel is about 300 metres from the entrance to the national park. The room is very comfortable and the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Make sure to check with them before you arrive, as they offer discounted tickets for the national park. Unfortunately, we found out after arriving, and the tickets need to be booked one day in advance. Thank you!

Cosy and welcoming stay with clean and comfortable rooms. Water pressure and hot shower is definitely a plus point during cold seasons. Location is really close to the national forest East gate, literally walking distance away (so are the breakfast stalls). Had amazing help in ticket bookings as well.
Would definitely be staying here if travelling here again.

It was an awesome stay! The location is near eateries and the park. We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite and I must say it is one of the biggestI had come across. The suite was exceptionally clean and tidy. The service provided was exemplary. Anything you need, the service staff was ready to help. As we left the laundry in the washing machine, the service staff helped us hang up the laundry when we got back from our tour! Awesome. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this cosy inn.

Very cosy room. Very helpful staff, basically helped me plan the route for the scenic area, based on my needs and limitation for this trip. Their coffee they is fantastic too. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially those whom might be clueless/confused on how to olan the route/go about the scenic area.

旅馆很干净，地理位置离森林公园很近 走5分钟就到， 附近也有很多好吃的餐馆 价格也很合理。 旅程最意外的出发前联络了是老板娘， 她热心帮我们规划行程， 还用旅馆优惠价帮我们买大峡谷 森林公园 和天门山等票， 有她的帮忙行程很顺利， 玩得很安心自在。

host speak some english so we could communicate quite easily. room does not include bathrobes and no bar fridge which i think is the norm in china. location is excellent within very short walking distance to East Gate Zhangjiajie National Park. Plenty of cheap eats around as well as quality restaurants and 24/7 convenient stores. This boutique hotel has a cute cafe downstairs host makes ?? coffee. We would stay here again

The room is large and many spaces to put our luggage. Hotel owner is so helpful and only 5 mins walk to national forest park.
