酒店就在张家界武陵源景区附近，房间设施新，床品不错，居住舒适。楼顶有花园，天气好的时候，适合在屋顶花园花园，还有漂亮的猫猫。对宠物很友好。

酒店整体装修现代化，全景的落地窗 ，能欣赏到天门山云海。床铺柔软整洁，空间采光也好。还有空中花园可以夜间观看星星，使人身心放松。

Thanks so much to Yuaan and Huang Huang for going out of their way to make my stay great, and for their invaluable travel advice for getting around the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park over two days. When I checked-in, they upgraded me to better room as I was alone. They were always on hand to answer my questions and fulfil requests via WeChat. The cats were cute too!

This hotel perfectly embodies the concept of "home away from home"! The smart home brings convenience to life, the high-end toilet improves the quality of accommodation, and the unlimited supply of drinks shows the atmosphere of the store. The Sky Garden is an ideal place for reading in the morning and stargazing at night. The well-equipped laundry room and gym make long-term stay a pleasure. It is very convenient to walk to the sign gate of Wulingyuan, and the surrounding local cuisine is affordable. And the three cute cats, especially the toddler cat, whose every cute move became the warmest memory point in the journey, such a high-end and intimate accommodation is really rare!

As a newly married couple on a honeymoon, this hotel left us with perfect romantic memories. The intelligent guest control system creates a two-person world full of technology, and the toilet with heating and automatic cleaning functions allows us to completely relax after a long trip. Every morning, you can share a free and exquisite breakfast in the air garden full of flowers, and in the evening, you can walk ten minutes to the Wulingyuan landmark gate to enjoy the sunset. What surprised us the most was that the three cute cats seemed to know that we were newlyweds, and the little kitten would always tilt its head and curiously look at us, adding warmth and fun to our honeymoon trip.

The loyal choice of repeat customers: this is my third stay, and every time there is a new feeling. The intelligent system is continuously upgraded to be more humanized, and the variety of free drinks is more abundant. The flowers and plants in the Air Garden change with the seasons, and the route to the scenic spot is familiar and friendly. What I care about most is the three cats - watching the kitten grow up slowly, this continuity of warmth is what a chain hotel cannot give. While maintaining high-end facilities, the inn always maintains the warmth of home, which is why I choose this place every time I come to Wulingyuan.

I loved my time at this hotel, especially the modern interior design, cute cats roaming on the reception floor, and vicinity to the Zhangjiajie National Park (I think it’s worth moving to Wulingyuan for the park days as it saves the long drive to and from ZJJ City in the morning and afternoon).
Receptionist was friendly and the complimentary Business Maxi Drive to the station at the end of our trip really helped top it off.
It is a very “homely” hotel which you can tell every staff member was trying their best to help you. There was a slight issue with the buffet breakfast being cold/lacking variety, but this was fixed by my second day.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though they couldn't speak English, we used a translation app for conversation and it went well. The room was comfy and very nice, as expected, and there were free soft drinks. The cats were very cute and lovely.
