位置相当方便，要去东门或是看魅力湘西都可以选择步行过去，重点是房间非常新，两个人空间也够大，房间也很香，我们住三天非常满意??如果要玩武陵源相当推荐！

房间干净，老板很热情，提前预留了停车位，介绍了游玩攻略，离东门打车几分钟就到了，下次有机会带家人玩，还会再来

If there was a rating higher than 10/10, I would have given it! They went above and beyond with their service and hospitality. Days before our trip they already contacted us with the details to ensure seamless check-in. They allowed us to check-in early when we arrived from our flight in the morning. They even booked our tickets for the attractions nearby. All our requests were granted, and they even gave my husband a birthday cake on our last day! If that wasn't hospitality at its finest, I don't know what is. We will surely come back if we have a chance!

They have all the amenities available in a four star hotel. The room is new and very comfortable. The owners are communicative and they really take the time to brief you on the route for zhangjiajie. Fantastic experience.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Great rooms, panoramic windows, cleanliness and order everywhere, delicious breakfasts, there are washing and drying machines, friendly staff, helped to make the route every day. 10 minutes to the park entrance. I recommend this hotel! I want to come back here again!

房间设施十分智能，所有物品都很新，马桶和浴缸也有准备--次性物品，卫生让人很放心。带孩子入住很方便，有齐备的小童用品。特别是亲子房，环境优雅温馨，小童帐篷和小恐龙玩偶以及泡泡浴都让孩子们的六一小童节更快乐！

房间跟照片一样，开始怀疑房间会不会有什么异形，其实非常方正，民宿楼内有配备一个电梯，房间带有一个小客厅，很宽敞舒适。装修很新设施不错，性价比很高。距离标志门一公里多，步行十多分钟，离武陵源车站很近。
服务的小细节有待提高，比如卫生间卷纸没有多少了，也不留备用的新的……老板很热情提前联系，主要是推荐买门票交通票，但是也不是每个客人都需要，比如我景区玩两天用了两次缆车，其他就是徒步和景交车，所以什么三索一梯就不在我的考虑范围之内，注意对不同客人的度吧。

房间很棒，卧室和客厅分开，都很宽敞，两边都有电视或投影仪，还有一个宽敞的露台，露台有乘凉的桌子椅子。房间是小黄鸭主题，宝宝很喜欢，他超喜欢房间的帐篷和米老鼠摆件，他也很喜欢露台的小石头……前台和餐厅的服务人员都很热情，前台推荐的酒店旁边的满婆农家菜好吃又便宜，一家老小都住得很开心！
