我预定的是艾非酒店，结果说就是如家酒店
我电话通知前台派清洁阿姨来帮我换个垃圾袋，叫了40分钟不来，第二次再次电话打给前台後也是等了20分钟才来，二次共等了快一小时才来
外卖到了不通知也不派机器人送，我下去前台拿，前台说怕我预订时房间号写的不正确，所以不敢送，奇耙理由
电视宣传他们房间有100寸大投影 但没内容 开机显示会员到期 那我不看付费频道可以吧？但连CCTV新闻节目都没有。柜台一问三不知 询问电话时还不听 在和其他人说话，客人说的他根本没听到 要我再说一次，说完说他也不知道，说要派工务来处里，等了一晚上也没来

酒店24小时都有值班人员晚上还会锁门，有保安巡逻，感觉连锁酒店，还是住得很，放心，满满的安全感。还可以有免费的接送服务，奔驰的商务车专车接送，很不错，地理位置也是可以的，去景区都很方便[愉快][愉快][愉快]

景区酒店，比较新，干净，性价比高，值得推荐。张家界也银美。前枱的女经理也非常不错，特别是门口的大叔，还很热情的帮我们指挥停车。

房间28平，感觉很宽敞，很实在的28平。设施新，乾净，安静，交通方便，到标志门近。早餐营养健康，品种丰富，值得住宿，性价比高。

设施新，安静，靠山边，地点离标志门（东门）打车约7～8元，与如家集团联合经营，性价比高，有自助洗衣烘衣，大厅宽，多休息座椅，大厅旁有足浴服务，可要求对住戸优惠！

这次酒店之行，体验简直拉满！免费咖啡香气扑鼻，给奔波的旅途带来惬意开场。免费洗衣服务，轻松解决衣物清洁烦恼，超贴心。机器人送物不仅高效，还充满科技乐趣，新奇感十足。最绝的是离景区近，坐车只要六七分钟，游玩説走就走。方方面面都无可挑剔，下次还选这家酒店，也推荐给大家！

I’m being generous with my rating after being given the worst room. I paid for a Mountain View room but was given the view of animals. Exhausted from traveling, I stayed in the room but instantly regretted that decision. The view, as pictured, is of roosters that screamed constantly. I was unable to rest which affected the next’s day tour. I checked out after breakfast.
Upon returning to the hotel after my tour, I asked for the room which I paid for, a Mountain View. Again I was given a room facing the barn. I immediately rejected the room because it was not what I paid for and as the prior room, it smelled horrible. See photo of air scents.
Finally, there was a young lady who was very helpful and gave me the room that my reservation indicated, a Mountain View. I saw nor smelled any animals and was able to finally get a good nights rest. My reservation should have been honored the moment I checked in. Mountain View is not barn view.
I would recommend rejecting the room if given the barn. Also not sure why they insist on opening the window knowing the barn smells foul. Sadly, video is not allowing me to upload, otherwise I’d give the recording of what I endured.
I’m grateful for the young lady who rectified the problem, however it should not have occurred from the beginning.

房间乾净衞生，1楼有早餐，1楼有洗衣机，烘乾机，有免费的咖啡吧和茶饮非常的方便，烘乾衣服非常高效烘乾就能穿距离景区也非常的近打车也非常的方便。会推荐朋友入住。性价比比较高。

早餐丰富，前台服务热情，酒店房间乾净
衞生：乾净 酒店离森林公园东门很近距离只有2.7公里酒店内有免费停车服务，酒店内有免费洗衣服务，游泳池，健身房 退房时有行李寄存服务感觉很贴心

选到这一间酒店实在是太有啦了！位置比较难找，前台的小姐姐开视频通话替我带路。她们说话都超级温柔体贴。态度极好。入到房间的时候惊呆了，这时我见过最豪华的设计了，看着就很禅很舒服。竟然有室内盆景，可以看着喝茶！还有浴缸和诵钵 ??。由於外卖不能拿上这楼里，辛苦了小姐姐们每次都帮我下楼拿上来！太爱啦
Choosing this hotel was a blessing! The location was a little hard to find, but the sisters at the front desk showed me the way by video call. They were so gentle and considerate, their attitude was top. Absolutely stunned when I entered the room. It had the most luxurious design I'd ever seen; it felt so zen and comfortable. There was even an indoor penjing, so I could enjoy my tea! There was even a bathtub and a chanting bowl ??. Since takeout can't be brought into this building, the ladies worked so hard to bring it down for me every time! Love that so much!
